The location was great. I had been there before . I stayed to visit family so I did not really use the facilities

When I arrived I dropped off my things and went to visit family . Upon my return and going to bed the bed sheets had an odor. I had to report that to the desk. They could not send anyone up to change my sheets so I had to sleep on those sheets. Especially the fitted sheet had an odor. I agreed with the desk that I would allow myself to sleep on the top blanket but it would not be easy and to have the entire bed changed the next morning while I was gone. That was disappointing at the least.

Location at Rio Washingtonian Center is nice. There is a small lake just in front of the hotel. But also close to highway to Washington DC. A Metro station is not far away but not in walking distance! Lots of Restaurants nearby; also some shops like Target, a bookstore with Starbucks in it, a big sports shop (Kiehls). Free parking provided in the garage next to the hotel. We had 2 rooms and got rooms with connecting door, what was really pracitcal.

Sometimes a little bit loud outside on Friday and Saturday evenings.

I like that I can have balcony and overlook the lake. It's a great location with everything you need close by. Donutchew is delicious and a must if you have a sweet tooth!

The unavoidable lobby scent but it's not their fault. If you are scent sensitive, there is a pool and you smell it as soon as you enter and then add in some cucumber melon room freshener. It's a bit much. Its only on the lobby level.

Love the location. Walkable to several restaurants, plus there's a Bistro and Starbucks in the hotel. Great area. Feels safe to walk around the lake just steps outside of the hotel. The staff quickly helped us with a request in the middle of the night. There was a party in the huge party room down the hall which we could not hear once we were in our room. We've stayed here three times and have always enjoyed it.

Love that the location is local to so many restaurants and shops. The shampoo and toiletries in the room were so nice smelling and the view of the lake was lovely. We paid for a PUR room and it didnt seem to be much different than a regular room.

I was very disappointed that our hotel advertised that there was a Bistro inside of the building but when we went there, it was closed. It was explained that it was due to COVID but I felt that we should have had this explained to us prior to booking. There is no mention of this on the website.

Great location. Centered around shops, restaurants, theater, and a lake. The whole hotel was super clean. LIked the noon check out.

It was not the cheapest hotel, but it's all about location. Also wish u could get coffee through out the day. The room only has 1 mirror (bathroom). Wish it had another one in the room. If your room is on the garage side it can be noisy. Ask for a lakeside room

I have been using their shared space in 2nd floor to work and join remote meeting until late night (11pm). The staff was always friendly and allowed me to stay late.

Breakfast is not included.

The Hotel was very clean and right in the middle of everything so it was super easy to walk to all our destinations.

Parking was a little hard since their parking is a parking garage that is for everyone’s use, even those not staying at the hotel.

The location right next to the RIO pond with lots of amenities, cinema and restaurants is very convenient.

The food and beverage offer is rather basic.

love the location - so much for a family to do all within walking distance.

there is no longer a pool for hotel guests - specifically booked because they had a pool, but now it’s used for a private swimming company
