I like the location The room was accommodating and nice Comfortable Staff was inviting helpful

Well the only thing I didn’t like was the ants in the bed crawling all over us that was a surprise I did show the cleaning lady and the manager a photo of them and she didn’t apologize and would get the exterminator on it ! We left that afternoon!

LOUSY COVID-19 breakfast but it's a pandemic, amirite?? Everything else here is the BEST! Great pet hotel and really nice staff.

Terrible breakfast during Covid-19

Loved the decor, the colors, the cleanliness, the ability to work from the room. Nice staff and fantastic location--so easy to walk to restaurants and get around town.

The free breakfast was inedible. I prefer to pay and get good food. The room could have been a bit more spacious and have drawers for clothing.

Location was great within 5 mins. from our daughter. price was great, service was wonderful as well as staff. Breakfast was ok considering the Covid safety concerns in place.

They advised us to use side entrance closer to our room unfortunately there was a small flight of stairs to get to that entrance. Being older and my husband uses a cane it was quite the ordeal to get our luggage up those stairs and in that entrance. Wish the desk clerk had thought to tell us of the stairs we would have used the easier accessible front entrance.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of our room and the hotel in general. We were also very impressed the ease of check in and how courteous the staff was. I accidentally left my cell phone in our hotel room when we checked out, and the staff quickly located my phone and had it at the front desk when I came to retrieve it.

The only disappointing part of our stay was the breakfast, which we felt could have been better. The coffee wasn't hot, and the only options were cold options. Having a toaster available or even a waffle maker or microwave would have been helpful.

The room was very nice and spacious. The king size bed was very comfortable. I really enjoyed the small separation between the bed area and the sitting area and the flat screen tv was on a mount that you could pull out and it will swivel to either side of the room. The shower was clean and water was nice hot temperatures.

The breakfast could have been better. But on the other side the breakfast was a hot breakfast.

The rooms were clean, tidy, with lots of towels. Beds were very comfortable. TV was clear and sharp.

The breakfast bar was far below other motels that I have stayed in. The breakfast sandwiches were not tasty, and there were no pancakes or waffles. Also, the motel did not provide newspapers such as the USA today. Most other motels that I have stayed in provide them for the residents.

the hotel was located in a great location, not far from dining, shopping, relaxation and fun. The hotel was very clean and staff were very accommodating and professional.

I don’t have any dislikes.

From the moment we came into the front doors it was a excellent experience. The staff at the front desk greeted us with a smile. We were early and they still accommodated us within 20mins. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. I will definitely be staying here at least two more times before the end of this year.

I really liked the area where we were located, it was quite and away from the city However DC was also only a 30 minute drive and like 5 minutes from the hot is like this small mall area that has ALOT of activities and food places to try out.
