The staff is friendly and courteous. They try their best to accommodate requests. There isn’t much to the breakfast, just grab to go coffee and muffins which I didn’t have. The value for the rooms is worth it for somewhere to stay short term or even an extended period. Stays of 7 days or more are given better rates. I was happy to have a full refrigerator and stove for cooking.

The rooms can do with a little touch up. The furniture is worn and need updating to the 21st century. I smelled smoke along the corridors so I guess people smoked in the no smoking rooms which I didn’t like.

The room was clean and comfortable. Parking spaces good. The only negative commend would be that there were a small pile of cigarette butts inside the back side door even though there were cigarette/ash disposal right outside the door. Otherwise, staff were great and helpful and room was pleasing. I would recommend this hotel!

Breakfast was always on time and I never experienced any instance where I was told there was a shortage! I think the planning team is doing a great job👏🏼

The prices were very competitive and the facilities were nice and comfortable. The breakfast was OK. This was my first time using extended day but it was a good experience.

The breakfast could’ve been a little better. I came towards the end of the breakfast so I don’t know if there was more there earlier.

it was kinda hard to get on 1 bus. it's a little hard since it's kinda inconvient but it's still a nice place

As a disabled person, I was grateful for the thoughtful layout of the room. Everything is easily accessible and clean. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. There is even an ironing board in the room and you can ask for a lot of different amenities, like dishes, toaster, toiletries, etc.

How is it executive Stewart for the Ritz-Carlton and their oriented to be serving ladies and gentlemen serving ladies and gentlemen which is we're just type hotels exception exceptional that includes your overnight staff as well
