Clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable beds.quiet at night. Good restaurants nearby. Coffee available in lobby 24/7. Mini fridge and coffeemaker in the room.

1.The luggage carts have NO way to easily hang your clothes on hangers, without them dragging on the ground. Very annoying. Some people travel by car, not everything is packed in a bag! There is no accommodation or planning for this. 2.There were two irritating blinking blue lights on poles in the parking lot facing our room that were on 24 hrs per day. They said these were security cameras for the medical building nearby, so I guess not really in their control but annoying and creepy nonetheless. Reminded me of the movie "war of the worlds". 3.Room had no safe to secure laptop.

The breakfast was excellent! One day was delicious egg white fritata, the next day scrambled eggs and sausage. Everything fresh and hot. The coffee was very good too! The room key was super convenient. You just had to tap it and the door opens easily! Best hotel door locks ever!

I liked the huge ceilings in my room but the afternoon sun showed the cobwebs on top of the window treatments. The tops of the picture frames and all the inside doors were dusty as well. The carpet was stained with something red. I'm guessing nail polish. Was perfectly content there until someone checked in next door my second night and kept trying to open the adjoining door 3 times!

The breakfast was delicious and had a great deal of variety!!! I loved the way everything was specially packaged and utensils Individually wrapped due to Covid. I loved making fresh waffles every morning. The hot breakfast was a delight which varied every morning such as egg omelettes, hash brown,turkey sausage or french toast. There was also cereal, pastries, bagels, bananas and apples. The breakfast staff was so friendly, helpful, and worked hard to keep everything clean.

The television programming which was run by dish satellite was not working properly. We really did not make a big deal about it because we were so busy each day that we did not have any time to watch television.

Indoor pool. Even though a small breakfast section, it had continental, waffles, every morning a different variation of potato, egg and patties. The kids loved it. Coffee to go. Free parking. Mall with cinema, food options within a 5-10min drive. Drive to DC 30-40mins. Was far cheaper to stay here than in the centre, a good base if you don't mind the extra drive.

We were behind the sign so didn't have much a view but the size of the rooms were great for what you normally get. We'd rather the bigger room as a family over the view.

Great location, easy check-in, upgraded with points at the desk, GREAT breakfast with ample seating, nice layout of rooms - especially suites.

There was an unpleasant smell- musty- in three of the rooms our family used for a reunion. It didn’t go away either after being in the room for a while. Really a shame because everything else was so great.

Breakfast was good. Location great. Just a bit of difficulty in check in: desk clerk said that I already had checked in and had given away my room! Good thing I didn’t use my key since someone was already in it ! An earlier desk clerk had done that and the one on duty fixed things for both of us. Rm 309 ‘s door handle is very difficult to open/sticks. Your staff is friendly and super-helpful.

The snack area was overpriced. $4 for a bottle of water that normally cost $1.89 or less is a little ridiculous. The number of outlets for charging portable devices was less than other hotels I recently stay with.

breakfast was ok but we had a morning that that we said oh no! fake fried eggs were disgusting. called egg white frittata bo no resemblance bore no resemblance to either fried eggs or a fritt eggs or frittatas. Remove!!! pre/ made omel omelettes were editable.

I was surprised. At everything. The staff were welcoming and helpful; and when I entered my room, I just stood there. It was huge; well furnished, thoughtfully laid out and the bathroom was large and spacious. I just did not expect this at this price point. Terrific value and would definitely stay here again.

A muffin or something at breakfast. Otherwise, the coffee was good, asked and received regular milk, and I grabbed a banana.

It was very clean and the front desk was accommodating even though we arrived late and left late. The room was very welcoming, the bed was comfortable, the room size was amazing and the shower was awesome. I used the the refrigerator, microwave, and iron which worked very well. I am going to definitely stay here again, since the location is near my family's home and close to the parkway.

The cleaning crew kept knocking on the door after we explained to them that we had a late check out.
