The young man on the desk Saturday morning lent me a charger for my phone.

No one manning the front desk when I arrived Friday, admittedly an hour after my eta. Other guests also waiting. Calling the no. didn't help. I finally banged on the door of the employee lounge and found her. The TV was not working in the first room I got. The woman did get me another ("last one?") on 3 or, she suggested, the other property next door would have room.

Clean, large and spacy room, nice kitchenette and refrigerator.

Dishes, coffee pot had to be requested from staff. Coffee pot was ot very functional (basket for coffee kept on coming off. A small pot for heating food wouls have been nice - only got a very large fry pan. Continental breakfast was sparse and in short supply, and all hone soon after they were available.

The property felt secure, and you could walk down a flight of stairs to a Seven-Eleven store. As there are no amenities (no breakfast included), coffee at 7-11 was convenient. A $74 studio that typically rates at $499 was an extreme value.

The small lobby was padlocked. Of course, although the room had a stove and refrigerator, you either bring your own cookware, or you ask the desk for cookware and utensils (most likely an add-on). The sofa and chair were faux brown leather, the carpet indoor/outdoor. The staff seemingly did not like manning the front desk, but the sign said “back in 5 minutes, which was more like ten minutes.

Generally my experience is excellent, lest for the Internet. I wish the management could review the internet rates and provide a free internet service to the customers. 100% of national and International hotels provide free high speed internet to the customers.

Internet service: The complimentally internet is very slow and the charges to get a fast one is exorbitant. Please review Could you also provide a two room suites: we have teenage children However , pretty good hotel.

When you pay at the hotel, it is not possible to get an invoice my the company data, just with my personal data, and nothing from Booking.com if you pay it at this webpage, still did not received any payment documentation from booking.com...

Well maintained room. Clean room, stove, oven, refrigerator. Good location and price.

Black dirt/mold on front face of building, under all window framing. Smell of smoke (pot, marijuana, cigarettes) in elevator, hallways, stairs, and seeping into our room.

It was clean and very quiet! It came with a kitchen which I didn’t use but it was beautiful.

Toilet seat had stains!
