The Rockville Hotel, a Ramada by Wyndham

Large rooms, king bed, convenient location, extra friendly staff

Have to pay extra for breakfast (although better than average breakfast), roof had major leak, dumping water and ceiling tiles in hallway and dripping through all three floors. Carpet was soaked. Hotel hadnt fixed it 2 days after it happened and by the time I left. Problem should have been addressed immediately to avoid mold. I would stay again, but only in rooms away from area of leak.

I wasn’t able to get breakfast. The lobby was clean and the front desk clerk was awesome. The bed was comfortable and bathroom facilities were neat.

The first night was great but once again there were inconsiderate people that was smoking weed in their room. The hotel is really showing its age. The bathroom needs a complete renovation along with the room. The carpet coming to the door has been damaged by chemicals.

Needed a touch of cleaning, mirrors , bathroom doors, no plastic trash bags, mostly houses keeping, need to replace radio before someone get electric shocked,

I'm a whyndham share home owner, office people need to be trained on points system and discounts to help draw our customers back.

Pretty quiet, considering that the windows face the atrium/lobby and there was a large event with lots of people mingling through the evening. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

Not especially spotless. There was a small stain on the duvet/comforter cover and the bottom of the bath was a bit gray and dingy. AestheticLly the decor looks a bit dated.

I like the rooms very peacefully and quite king-size bed and love having refrigerator in room as well

The room tub wasn't clean at all and had a ring around it, and it looked like the tub needed to be done over from brown spots in the tub. The desk chair was broken so couldn't use it, the room could use a microwave

No breakfast was available, no coffee except the individual packets in the room. Our actual room was close by the entrance and the bed, bath and room were all good.

More clear with the directions to the room. Had to walk all over before I found it. Wish there had been coffee ready in the morning. No breakfast either. There is a photo of a grand hall that is misleading, that part of the hotel is not in use. Hallway carpeting has old staining, don’t know how clean it was. There was quite a line of cars waiting to register when I arrived in the afternoon. I got tired of waiting, so left my car to go inside and see what the problem was- nothing! I was able to get signed in quickly. Wish some staff had noticed the problem out front, the front desk access was congested outside.

The staff were friendly and helpful

I prefer to get a room where I can keep an eye on my car. Instead, I was given an internal room that looked over an internal conference space. Also, I prefer to be able to open the window from time to time for fresh air. The windows were sealed.

Location is very convenient for DC visitors. Overrated rooms but clean.

Staff are now welling yo help. Requested extra pillows the Receptionist said they don’t have extra pillows . Water boiler was empty at the reception and again they said they didn’t have water.

this was my 2nd time coming back to this hotel however this time was not as clean and found several bugs

bed bug’s please take care of this i have several bites

I'm unable to assess breakfast as I was surprised when I went to get breakfast I was going to be charged. This is the first time I've stayed at a hotel where I was going to be charged for breakfast. It was disappointing
