The hospitality of most staff

I did not like that Lidia charged me twice for my stay. That put a damper on my vacation. This was my wife birthday. My wife was extremely upset also. When I told her that I paid through booking .com already. The manager gave me 5000 points . That still did not help us for this stay. . My wife left a message at the front desk to express her frustration for the manager. She never contacted us back. She should have given us a discount on this stay. A gift card for lunch, dinner is something

Hotel was clean, especially our room, which was a great size for two adults and one child. Stores/restaurants and metro station are just a short car ride away.

Pool was small and crowded, breakfast was ok, but the biggest issue was how loud the other guests were. Friday evening, it sounded like one kid having a very loud one sided conversation, perhaps on a video game, and then Saturday a group of teens took over that room and again were extremely loud until after 3am, in the rooms and running up and down the hallways. We had an adjoining room so I’m not sure if that was why it was so loud. At one point it sounded like they were trying to open the door that way and I asked them what they were doing and they stopped.

I was impressed with the room description that matched the pictures and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The check-in attendant was the best ! JD was awesome. He welcomed me with great customer service. The maids are super too, very professional. The lady who attends to breakfast was awesome, too nice and helpful. Joyce, the receptionist was also super nice and professional! Thank you.

The bathroom should be upgraded and the curtains should totally close to avoid having sun light too early in the room.

The entire facility from parking lot all the way up to the room was clean, neat and pleasing to the eyes.. Staff was very attentive and helpful

It was confusing upon entry that either side of the property was for different bookings/hotels. Luckily the staff was quick to clear this up. Also the advertised “heated swimming pool” was far from warm or cool, kids could not comfortably enjoy a swim in it. More meal options at the restaurant

The fact that it had a full kitchen was helpful. I was absolutely save money by not going out to eat everyday

The bed was extremely hard. I understand not everyone will agree on firmness but maybe just s step.up.or two would help. It felt like the floor ..My daughter complained about the mattress on the pull out also.

Variety of breakfast options, something different every day. Rooms were comfortable, and the kitchenette gave us the ability to cook our own meals for lunch and dinner

Pool had a bit too much chlorine. Hottub was nice and warm, but the jets weren't great.

Everything except the tv service.

I didn’t like that only one tv worked which was in the bedroom. The tv service horrible, always searching. I called front desk they sent the tech up, he said maybe it’s the weather, windy or something. It was clear so I told him the one in the room works fine. He said he was going to check the signal and never came back. The tv still was searching for a signal when I checked out Sunday morning. I stayed in a 1 bdrm king. Everything else was great. If they get a new cable service and not dish, then they would easily be excellent. The staff was sweet, it wasn’t their fault. It would have been nice to get something for the inconvenience but all and all, it was really nice.

Suite is very large and comfortable for a week-long stay.

Had a bit of trouble entering pool and fitness area. ONE front desk staff woman was not very friendly, but ALL other staff very extremely nice, polite, friendly and accommodating.

Easy check in was easy, full kitchen, good AC, clean pool and gym, decent breakfast, great pool!

Ac in living room had a buzzing sound when on, so our kids had trouble sleeping the first night. Toaster in kitchen didn’t work.

Location was great for my purpose and in general. It was very neat and clean, and in quiet area. A beautiful building and landscape. They had a great Togo breakfast every morning which is always a bonus! Upon checking out they were very kind and accommodating with us having a late checkout so it wouldn’t interfere with my daughters virtual schooling.

I was on the 4th floor and where it was directing to “ice and vending” there was no vending machines and I don’t think I ever saw any anywhere. Not much of a big deal except my daughter really wanted something (naturally)…I wish the pool was open but being my stay was during COVID… understandable. The only thing I feel should be different is that there was a fan in the bathroom. The steam while in the shower was almost suffocating and overwhelming.
