Very neat, clean and comfortable! They pay attention to the small details, especially the key card holders on the wall in your room to store your room key!(I got a kick out of that! LOL!) It's close to lots of shops and close to the expressway. The staff was very friendly and available 24/7. I stayed at this hotel for the first time because I was on a business trip to a conference which was in DC. I always stay in Rockville when I have business in DC. This hotel was the absolute BEST and will be my 'go-to' when I come back. I would definitely stay here again!

The restaurant and bar have very limited hours. You have to request room service if you want your room refreshed. It's not automatic anymore, but that's not a big deal to me. I'm pretty neat!😊

The breakfast were paid for. The hotel didn't offer any continental breakfast. This was the only thing I dislike about the hotel. Everything else was great. I love the cleanliness of the facility and the room. The front desk representative was very professional. The customer service was great. I will recommend my friends and family.

Lydia at the front desk was very helpful. She went out of her way to find us a quiet room after we (both seniors) explained that we were there to visit our ill cousin in the local hospital's ICU.

I left my phone charger in Room 610 and called about this when we got home to NY. It was never turned in. Very annoying and especially irksome as we'd left a good tip for housekeeping.

The staff was EXCEPTIONAL! Especially the front desk. They were so supportive and even moved my room.

Just 2 things: if you stay on the road side it’s extremely noisy with cars going by all night. So ask to stay on the other side, which is totally fine. The pool is closed during the day on weekdays. That’s a hassle for families traveling with kids, and there’s no reason for it. They should change that.

The associate at the reception desk when we checked in, Robert, was exceptionally helpful and efficient. He made a complicated issue very easy. He was always cheerful and interested. All of the employees were friendly but Robert was exceptional. The room was comfortable and very clean.

The price was a bit high for the continental breakfast. Not much was provided other than cereal, some very small muffins and pastries. The cooked to order breakfast was very good but the menus provided never mentioned a kids selections although they were available. The shower head is too high for a short person to adjust and a pull out magnifying make up mirror would be appreciated.

I had a short one night stay. The room was clean and simple. The breakfast I added on during booking did not disappoint at all very delicious. Staff was nice

Good pool. Clean enough. We had to wait for help because our room keys would not unlock the pool door.

All staff should still be wearing masks during COVID. They were not.

Pool was big enough to swim in, and was uncrowded. Adequate parking. Close to main roads.

Booking via booking.com included free breakfast, but we needed to point that out at checkout, and it required a manager and extra time to straighten out.
