Staff members were very friendly, professional and helpful. Excellent breakfast selection was included with our stay, and they kept it full/ replenished and clean throughout breakfast hours. The location is great too, sharing a plaza with a grocery store, smoke shop, places to eat, gas and convenience right across the street.

Check in was easy. I felt very welcomed. I was well informed about breakfast offered and things to do in the area. The bed was very comfortable. The room, very spacious. It felt clean and smelled clean. I was there after a terrible stay at another chain and Hampton went above and beyond to ensure my husband and I was taken care of. The housekeeping did not obnoxiously knock on the door very early and we were just allowed time to relax and it was great. I will absolutely patronize this location again.

My room on the second floor was very loud almost all day and until late at night. Housekeeping was in the hallway talking loudly and using the room next to mine for laundry. Then guests talked loudly in the hall and yelled from room to room. Like they were the only ones there- til after midnight. People stood right at my door laughing and being loud before 8 am. Not the restful weekend I was hoping for.

The hotel has one of the best lobbies I've ever seen; well decorated and modern. The bathrooms are great and the toiletries of high quality. Breakfast was good too. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The furniture is somewhat dated but thats OK.

The furniture is a little dated and the location is alright. But nothing too bad.

Beds were comfortable. they had plenty of plug and usb outlet to plug in your things. And I loved that they had Body wash and shampoo and conditioner in pump bottles hanging in the bathtub. And it was all vegan products. The breakfast was very good too.

Maybe they could uodate the toaster. It was extremely slow at making toast and people were waiting for long times.

It was nice for the time I spent there although I really didn't fully utilize the hotel services as I was there only to visit friends. It is in a good location to visit Baltimore sights and there is a variety of restaurants in close proximity.

Parking spaces are not as convenient or close to the entrance as most Hampton Inns but that is to be expected in larger city areas. Overall it is a decent place to stay to enjoy area attractions.

Liked fact that this hotel took into account that I was traveling alone and kept children or families off the floor and/or gave them a room far enough from mine to allow me to have a quiet stay!! Thank you!!!

The only think I didn't like was the fan in the bathroom constantly running!!! Had to shut the door when I was present in the room....but NOT a deal breaker!!

All the staff we encountered were very personable. Ricardo, in particular, was super helpful. The location was perfect for us for a lacrosse camp my son attended.

It had a convenient location for us.

the thermostat or furnace wasn’t working properly and our room was 75 degrees. they moved us so that was ok.
