Location of hotel was excellent, restaurants and shopping was near. I could even walk out of the hotel and find restaurants and stores without getting in my car. Check-in was quick and easy, front desk staff was friendly, professional and informative.
What's up with the short toliet in the bathroom? I`m average height and it felt very uncomfortable being that low. My sister who had hip surgery was not complimentary of the toliet. Hope you're upgrading soon because I know you' ve heard this concern before.

Location was near alot of businesses and very near cruise ship terminal.
The parking has alot to be desired. I asked for rooms near each other and the request was totally ignored. The clerk said the person you assigns rooms didn't take the request into account when doing their job and that she couldn't do anything about it. 1 party was on the 2nd floor and the other party was on the second floor. Why have it on your booking site if no one pays attention to the request.

Staff members were very friendly, professional and helpful. Excellent breakfast selection was included with our stay, and they kept it full/ replenished and clean throughout breakfast hours. The location is great too, sharing a plaza with a grocery store, smoke shop, places to eat, gas and convenience right across the street.

This hotel is centrally located for our needs with family only being minutes from property. Easy access to airport and shopping! Rooms were spacious and comfortable, pillows were great! staff was awesome, breakfast area kept clean and tidy.
Our room door was off, so it was very difficult to shut and had to slam to completely shut. I informed front desk as well as maintenance so the next customer did not have to experience this.

Check in was easy. I felt very welcomed. I was well informed about breakfast offered and things to do in the area. The bed was very comfortable. The room, very spacious. It felt clean and smelled clean. I was there after a terrible stay at another chain and Hampton went above and beyond to ensure my husband and I was taken care of. The housekeeping did not obnoxiously knock on the door very early and we were just allowed time to relax and it was great. I will absolutely patronize this location again.

Location was convenient for food for shopping and close to the highway. The staff were excellent and very friendly. Paula checked us in and made sure our accommodations worked for us because we were given the wrong room originally.. Ricardo the general manager also very kind and very helpful
The rooms were a little dated, and the pillows were way too soft.

plenty of easy parking and clean- nice staff
My room on the second floor was very loud almost all day and until late at night. Housekeeping was in the hallway talking loudly and using the room next to mine for laundry. Then guests talked loudly in the hall and yelled from room to room. Like they were the only ones there- til after midnight. People stood right at my door laughing and being loud before 8 am. Not the restful weekend I was hoping for.

Clean and easy to make reservations and check in. I needed my key to get in the lobby after hours which made me feel safe as a solo traveler.
It was chilly and I wanted the heat on, but the AC/Heat wasn’t working. I just cozied up in bed after a hot shower and I slept very comfortable.

Staff was super helpful when we left something there. Immediately got in contact with housekeeping and were honest about finding out item. Prompt. Polite. Responsive team (Ricardo was who we talked with and he was awesome)

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Cousin had a disability and they couldn't put us near the elevator, so we had to walk all the way to the end of the hall. Should have mentioned it when booking.
