The morning breakfast...the inroom kitchen...very comfy bed...ample free parking...friendly accommodating staff...very responsive inroom climate control

Staff was great. Breakfast dealt with busy times very well. Desk staff was super nice. Room was clean and very functional.

The bed. Felt smaller than a queen and functioned even smaller because the sides were so soft you felt like you'd roll off.

No clock in the room. Bathroom door didn't close completely and the main door was hard to open at times.

Every issue I had was fixed in such a timely fashion. My children enjoyed the hot breakfast very much on the 1st day we stayed. The staff was friendly.

The second day we stayed, the breakfast experience wasn't as well as great as the 1st day. The second morning around 9am housekeeping didn't knock and tried to use their key to enter without announcing who they were. I always keep that chain like lock on thankfully.

We were near everything, access to Baltimore-Washington Parkway was not far at all, and access to Arundel Mills mall was right down the road about 2 miles or less. That's were all the restaurants and shopping are located. And Maryland LIVE was real fun. Can't wait to go back.

There nothing not to like the location is perfect not too far from shopping, movies, restaurants.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was well appointed and clean. Unlike many other hotels I stayed at this vacation, they seemed to have adequate (and friendly) staff, a shuttle driver and other staff to make us feel welcomed.

The people in the room next door were VERY LOUD, playing loud music until nearly 3AM.

Coral is one of the best workers you guys have he made me stay so much better very nice and always professional try’s his best to make you happy with your stay

My tub WASNOT CLEAN THEY DIDNT CLEAN IT STILL HAD A RING AROUND IT showed curtain nasty they need to do better by wiping things down my microwave still had finger prints on it

Hotel was very nice, clean, staff was friendly. Really liked that I was able to cook inside the room.

At times maybe a couple of times I was able to hear neighbors talk but it wouldn’t prevent me from choosing this hotel in the future…. Overall totally satisfied!

Staff was great, very helpful. Part of our family was flying into BWI and the gentleman at the front desk explained how they could get the shuttle to get to the hotel. My grandkids loved the outdoor pool. Easy to get to food places- pizza and beer! Room rate was very reasonable. We will absolutely stay here again!
