Everything was great outside of the pool...from our stay at the hotel to getting to the harbor. I would definitely come back

My only complaint was the pool was not clean.. the first day we went to the pool the water was cloudy and it was stuff in the water. I knew it was from the guests but the next day went back to the pool those same objects were stiil floating in the pool and it was still cloudy. I don't know how often they clean their pool but it's not every day.

The location, how I was greeted when I entered the hotel was very pleasant. I believe this will Always be my go to spot , before choosing another location.

The only thing I seem to question was ,the curtains ! I didn't like that the curtains didn't close all the way. Although, the shade was suppose to not show a shadow at night, it actually did. So ,I just kept the lights off in the bedroom area & bathroom

The staff was very friendly and helpful after checking into a horrible hotel across the street. We traveled for a funeral and homewood was a terrific pick to swap rooms to

The pool wasn't open but we understand it was no big deal just would have been nice coming 8 hours away to let the kids stretch out

This was the second time my husband and I stayed at this hotel and we enjoyed this stay as well.

The only thing we didn't like was the pillows and bed weren't very comfortable. We both woke up with back and neck pain throughout out stay. They could use some fluffy pillows and new mattresses would have been great. And the lighting in our suite wasn't that great either. And our suite wasn't as big as the 1 we had before but we made it work. After our last stay we're not sure we would return.

I liked the friendliness of the staff and location. There was one gentleman that was extremely helpful. The location was perfect to meet friends that stayed at the hotel as well from Philadelphia.

There was one elevator. When we arrived, the elevator was out of service due to a guest getting sick. This was not the fault of the staff, they went out of the way to clean it and get it back in service.

I love the space in the rooms and the breakfast

the room could use a little updating.. the door of the sink cabinet was broke and the tub was clogged where the water would rise up ur legs while taking a shower. also I hate that the pool is so small there when that particular location is always so busy. the place was so overcrowded my children couldn’t even go in the pool

the ability to go anywhere within 30 minutes was cool for where we wanted to go.

they never mentioned the $150 hold on the account, had I know I would’ve planned better. when I checked out it came back on automatically and I was very surprised.

Location was ideal for my needs. Bedroom was separate from living space which is ideal.

Everything was fine

Staff was pleasant, room was a nice size for 6 people, and breakfast was good everyday.

The pool was closed the entire stay and my kids were looking forward to that.

The size of the room. Suite with full kitchen.

The pool was out of order for repairs. This was one of the reasons we chose this hotel to use the pool.
