Breakfast in a bag was a welcome surprise, although a piece of fruit (banana, apple) would be better than a bagel and a muffin.

The light on the kitchen sink counter above the microwave oven was burned out. Also, the bathroom could use a new tub spout. Thanks.

The room was on the first floor, near the lobby and close to the 24 hour coffee. The breakfast is perfect to pick up and leave for an appointment. The staff is very friendly. I come to MD from SC at least once a month on business and have stayed at this inn several times and the staff remembered me and always speak to me. I forgot my pillow when I left. I called the Inn and they said they would keep it until my employer picked it up. She remembered me and my room number and followed up with a call to me to insure they have the pillow.

The light switches are not near the bed. You have to get out the bed to turn off the lights.

Clean room, very spacious, relaxing room design, large attractive window with attractive room darkening curtains, in-room air conditioning and heating and temperature settings controls, spacious queen size bed, clean bathroom and shower and bath tub, with hair dryer and large bathroom mirror, clock, mounted tv with strong free wifi, and iron and ironing board. Very relaxing and comfortable room. And the rooms are very, very affordable, compared to other places in the area.

It was clean and the staff was friendly. The location to the airport was great. The shuttle driver was very nice.

The room was very small and basically just a place to lay your head at the end of the day. It really reminded me of a single person hospital room. The bed in the middle, no chairs but a window seat above the AC unit, TV mounted on the wall above a dresser. Tiny bathroom. But it sufficed for an overnite stay to shorten my drive for a flight out of BWI.

I come once or twice a month and I stay at the same Hotel and I enjoy the people and they seem to know who I am and I feel safe.

It took over two weeks for me to get my deposit returned and both the bank and the hotel said that they release the money the bank said they didn't see it I don't know what was going on but it took two weeks. I don't steal the linen I don't smoke and I don't leave the room destroyed or dirty or anything like that and I feel that after coming almost two years mostly every month at least why can't I get a discount on a deposit or waive the deposit they've never once lost linen or anything and again I don't smoke and neither does my employer. I think I've proven that I'm trustworthy.

the staff was great, and the location really convenient. I liked the shuttle service, the best among all airport hotels I’ve been. Clear instructions, just one call and in 10 minutes they were there, even at midnight. In other hotels I’ve needed to call at least three times and wait up to 1 hour.

Maybe because of the number of guests, no breakfast was served downstairs. it was provided in trays so you could take one and eat it in your room. Just some bread and juice, no tea, milk or fruit.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Facilities were clean.

Bed was a bit too firm, but otherwise very nice.

Great location! Close to a variety of restaurants. Clean rooms and bedding! The maid service was excellent! Liked that they had a refrigerator and microwave in the room! Liked you can control the temperature in the room individually, the A/C worked great! They had a nice bagged breakfast due to COVID with a BK croissant with egg and cheese, muffins and OJ!

Didn’t get enough TV stations! If you stay a period of time hook up a Roku to their WiFi that you can buy on Amazon for $20! They should upgrade their cable services!

Staff is always nice, friendly and helpful. I had a room upgrade and it was large with several places for my employer to review my work, so I don't have to go to the office. The housekeeper and her daughter were great I have never had such service like that before and the gentleman that fixed my TV always seems to have to fix something when I first get there he's prompt he does it immediately and I have no more worries

I think the staff think I'm stealing the artificial sweeteners. I'm a diabetic since I was 7 years old. Unfortunately back then they only had saccharine so it takes a lot of sweeteners for me to get my drink sweet enough. I only drink 2 cups of coffee a day in the early morning. It seems there is very little artificial sweeteners there and I'm wondering if it's because they think I'm stealing it. I bring my own liquid coffee creamer. In my room there was no security latch it would seem to be broken or missing.

Quiet room, comfortable bed. Very close to airport. Easy, efficient and friendly shuttle pick-up service at the airport. All night check-in. Friendly reception.

'Breakfast' was neither good nor healthy, nor really a breakfast. Coffee tasted bad. Only artificial creamer. Ended up just eating the bagel and cream cheese and using a bit of the 'juice' (5% juice) to flavor hot tea. Not what I expected when I read "breakfast included"
