Everything clean. The biscuit I bought had mold on it but the staff instantly gave me a replacement. Everyone nice. Everything quiet. Awesome business stay

When we first walked in, it was so lit. Music was jamming, people was at the bar, it was such a vibe. I didn’t want to get out of bed, the beds are so soft and comfy. If I didn’t have a job to go to everyday I would stay in the bed with the air on 70. The shower was small but very nice and clean. I absolutely love staying at aloft. This was my first time staying at this location but it won’t be my last!

The guide button on the tv remote didn’t work I could only watch like 4 channels Cartoon Network,Nickelodeon, Freeform and the news couldn’t figure out to get Netflix on the tv They should have an option if you want to conjoined rooms with other people

Great location

Note, We booked this room way in advance. We were given a handicap room but we’re not handicapped. Part of the wall was covered over in plastic for obvious repair of something. I notified the check-in girl about our room being handicap and she said that it was OK, Her manager assigned the room to us because there was a large a group coming in, but I did not see any large groups at all. In fact we hardly saw anyone.

front desk clerk Brandon went above and beyond made check in easy and simple he also made sure we had clean towels and was comfortable with our stay....

i didnt have a great check out experience the clerk wasnt present the shuttle guy didnt come check the lobby for people that may have been waiting inside he picked up who he saw outside and left so we missed the shuttle .

Very clean everywhere

Their coffee. Shower so strong when opening door to get in, lots of over spray onto floor. I tripped over an industrial floor mat in the entryway, exiting hotel, and fell very hard. Lots of bruising. Caught my foot on mat corner. Recommend larger mats so corners are beyond the actual doorway. There's plenty of room for wider mats.

The property was clean. The staff was courteous and helpful.

They charge you $15 a day to park your car there whether it’s a rental or your own this is not disclosed anywhere in the website or on Booking.com when you call the hotel, they do mention the charge, but they did not mention it when I checked in.

I loved the swimming pool.

When I checked in to let them know that my airplane was going to be arriving a couple hours late, the receptionist said it was fine. They said that all I had to do was call when I arrive & their free shuttle service would come to pick me up. Unfortunately, the hotel phones were not working upon my arrival, so I had to pay a taxi to get me to the hotel. I tried to call a # of times, but the call was dropped each time. I told the receptionist about it, but he did not offer a fee reduction for the room.

$15 a night parking even for the night staying.. i called 3 times in march and got the same answer of $5 to leave the car while in Cancun. April 1st they changed it to $15.. No free parking at all now, and it is controlled by a third party. Upon leaving make we were told to make sure we paid to leave it or it would be towed. ???? So $127.20 later for 7 days! Other than that it was great.

Tucked away off the main road and clean. I go to Aloft because they are exceptionally clean.

I had to pay for parking. Not sure why they are charging for parking and there are barely any parking spaces. No garage, not even gated. Cut the charge out for parking. I have stayed at enough Aloft hotels, they do not do it everywhere.
