Great location and shuttle service guy was on top of it.

$15 a night parking even for the night staying.. i called 3 times in march and got the same answer of $5 to leave the car while in Cancun. April 1st they changed it to $15.. No free parking at all now, and it is controlled by a third party. Upon leaving make we were told to make sure we paid to leave it or it would be towed. ???? So $127.20 later for 7 days! Other than that it was great.

I loved the swimming pool.

When I checked in to let them know that my airplane was going to be arriving a couple hours late, the receptionist said it was fine. They said that all I had to do was call when I arrive & their free shuttle service would come to pick me up. Unfortunately, the hotel phones were not working upon my arrival, so I had to pay a taxi to get me to the hotel. I tried to call a # of times, but the call was dropped each time. I told the receptionist about it, but he did not offer a fee reduction for the room.

My family and I stayed one night at this location as we had early morning flights the next day and were traveling with our young children. Ryan at the front desk and Jasmine the manager on duty both went above and beyond for us while we were here. We needed a wheelchair accessible room for my mom and Jasmine personally took me to the room to ensure it would be just right for my mother and her wheelchair - I truly appreciated that. Ryan was also super helpful in answering our questions about places to eat nearby etc. This will most definitely be our hotel of choice whenever leaving out of BWI airport.

The hotel was very clean and the more contemporary design was a nice change of scenery when compared to the many bland, forgettable locations out there. The lobby / bar area was very lively and kept a fun atmosphere going in the evenings.

The food options were limited and there was no complimentary breakfast. Basics like bottle waters were also not complimentary and the hotel’s cafeteria ran out of them several times during our stay.

Great customer service from the young lady at the front desk after 3pm on Satuday 4/15/23, she did everything and with a smile and great personality! Great staff in morning the next day at check out, I will stay again!!!

I booked this hotel solely on being able to leave my vehicle there during my week vacation. I didn’t get to enjoy much of the property but everything was very clean. The staff were very nice and had great sense of humor. They had staff on site to drive us to BWI at 4:30am and when returning someone came and got us. I absolutely recommend this property and will stay again.

Convenient location near the airport. Unfortunately the hotel does not have breakfast or a restaurant in the area. Therefore, you will have to order food or get to the nearest place to eat. The walls are very thin and you can hear the guests from neighboring rooms. The room is clean and has everything you need for comfort.

Great location close to the airport. We had a flight cancelled last minute and even though we live close to the airport, we decided to stay here and take advantage of the free airport shuttle so we didn't have to bother a family member to take us to the airport at 4:30am. Clean room, nice staff, comfy bed and free shuttle to the airport! You could hear the airplanes but it wasn't anything terrible. There was another guest complaining about the airplane noise but I'd love to know what they expect staying at a hotel that is RIGHT near the airport? It never bothered us, we got a good night sleep.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The bed was so comfortable I wanted to take it with me....lol.....great place, nice bar and lounge area. Patio with Tiki lights and grill available. I was pleasantly surprise. Will definitely stay again!!!!

Paying over 250.00for one night and not get my security deposit sent back to me . This isn't the first time that this has happened..I love the Hilton but there may not be a next time for me !!.. not returning a security deposit more than once is bad business.
