Sonesta ES Suites Baltimore BWI Airport

Lauriane A & Nutan really bring sunshine to this establishment! They were very Professional and Attentive to my needs and provided me a quality customer service that I haven’t experienced in this area in quite some time.

The side entrance to the B Building was broke, wasn’t locking, & slamming when it closed on its own. I received a few early morning calls from the front desk after leaving a do not disturb message on the door and with the front desk the night before.

Staff and Security were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. I loved the room...definitely a bit pricey but you get your bang for your buck, (Checked in on Friday, checked out on Sunday morning [12;00 check-out time]. My partner and I's flight was delayed so I went to ask if late check-out was available. The gentleman at the front desk informed me 'not at the time/at this date'...I informed him our flight was running late and if 12:30pm would be possible at the very least, he said, "Ok, I can do that for you", asked our room number and said we were all set. Firepit is a MUST. The TVs even swivel for whether you're in bed or on the couch. Good damn hotel for 200 something USD after tax and etc. 10/10 recommend :) -Aliyah Faye

The suite where there is a closet in front of the sink near the bathroom, one of the doors was missing a doorhandle. Outside of that I have ZERO complaints regarding the hotel, room, even parking was convenient. Sorry, not many complaints.

This is not my first visit. I love visiting Sonesta Es Suites. Front desk always professional and friendly and willing to work with you during registration. The suites are always clean and comfortable to stay in. The cleaning crew is always accommodating if you need more items. Sonesta Es Suites keep doing a excellent job. See you soon. The breakfast was good and secured knowing what we all all going through in this pandemic. Sonesta Es Suites has the signs to wear your mask and handsanitizers all through the hotel.

Security knocking on my door around 9pm friday stating my music was loud when it was not. Actually there was another door I heard music but didn't see security knock on that door. It was a special weekend for alot of customers

Great hotel that is reasonably priced. The rooms are very clean, and welcoming. The front desk individual was very helpful with checking in, and informing me of the procedures, and breakfast. They also directed me to my room very easily. Breakfast was delicious and fulfilling.

There is nothing I did not like. They did a great job, that I have no bad comments to report. This was a terrific stay. Thank you for your great service.

Breakfast was good - scrambled eggs may have been artificial but a good match - good coffee, everything well organized and clean. The room was larger than expected, clean and well equipped.

The streaming service on the TV was not in good order, kept running into "memory errors", the phone in the room could connect to the front desk but they could not hear me, reported both issues but was not staying long enough to find out if these things were resolved.

The suite was spacious and had two bedrooms. In summer this seems to be a great value because there is an outdoor lounge area, grill, and swimming pool.

I went to use a clear bowl in the kitchen, and it was dirty. It had weed remnants in it 🙄 I washed it with the provided dishsoap. The suites need at least one bigger garbage can for the kitchen area, so I suggest bring your own garbage bags.

Everything was good with the exception of girl at the front desk when we checked out. Her attitude was not very positive. I asked her to email my receipt since she obviously acted like it would be an imposition to print I have not received the receipt yet

This is a decent extended stay type hotel. It is one of the nicer ones I have stayed near BWI. Very spacious. It also had a fantastic kitchenette.

The airport shuttle only runs from 7 am. Given the large number of number of early morning flights this should be more prominent when booking. Since I had a 6 am flight I did not get breakfast and had to book an Uber to the Airport.

This property is located on the outskirts of Baltimore. Perfect for families with kids, yet still close enough to the downtown area of Baltimore. I have two younger kids so the stove and refrigerator are a great help.

Our suite was not fully stocked with toilet paper. We had to ask the front desk for a new supply because their housekeeping staff was limited due to Covid. We also were not supplied enough towels. The temperature of the room was off. Not sure if it was because of the heat wave or not but we expected the thermostat to work, which it didn’t. We did let the staff know and they were more than willing to give us a room, but at that point we were there for two days and did not want to pack everything up, move, then unpack again.

Our room and the hotel in general, we’re exceptionally clean, very roomy and accommodating. We’ve never stayed at a hotel like this before, but will be looking for the Sonesta brand on future travels.

The bed pillows, although many, tended to go flat quickly. I’d like to see that improved. The toilet tissue and regular tissues were thin, but doable. If an upgrade on that causes an increase in price, I’d say don’t do it.
