Professional staff Entry/Exit near my room. (Mood) lighting all over the room!!! Kitchenette was awesome. Clean. Moveable furniture (dining table/ottoman... just perfect. ======================== I was greeted by a kind young lady upon arrival. She quickly checked me in and handed me my keys to the 3rd floor. She gave me directions and off I went to see my room. As I entered the room, I noticed the television was on, the bed pillow was out of place, and the covers crumpled up, as if someone was napping there. The bathroom door was cracked, and the light was on. I exited the room quickly!!! I returned to the front desk and asked for a new room (on the first floor, as I did not want to keep carrying my laptop bag and overnight bag ( I always over pack).😉 The young lady at the front desk was apologetic and accommodating. My room was switched without incident. I quickly arrived at my first floor room and was pleased. It had everything I needed and more. The only issue was that one of the 3 bathroom lights continued to flicker on and off, similar to a disco light, and the 2nd light was blown out, it appeared. I simply unscrewed the flickering light to avoid vertigo (dizziness). 😁

Entering an occupied room or a room forgotten by housekeeping. Flickering bathroom light. Having to leave to go home. I forgot to ask for a late check out... Zoom meeting! I shall see how well they accommodate my late request.

Great no complaints

No room clean up if your staying there for 2 or 3 or more days. Never heard of such a thing!!! Covid is over, I had to vacum my room for 2 days, while stafff is just talking in hall way. also for the amount of money we paid we deserve a refund!!! because we did housekeepings job.

Roomy, convenient, close to the mall and food.

The door of our room slammed extremely hard and my wife got her finger slammed in the door and broke her finger. There were no signs of how hard the door slams.

Close to attractions and restaurants. Room was good size and clean.

I realize check in is at 4pm. We arrived at 12 and asked if We could check in early and was told no. Called back at 1pm, 2 , and 3 3:3and was told it still was not ready. You'd think it wouldn't have taken that long.

I booked a 2 bedroom suite and when I arrived they had none available so I was placed in 2 rooms across from each other. I was even compensated for the inconvenience by the Assistant manager. Great place, very convenient across from the mall and good food.

I didn’t like the television. they should upgrade them. The light fixture hung from the ceiling was dangerous. Everyone walked passed it and nobody said nothing. I thought that was dangerous.

I would like to stay there again. Thank u for letting me stay there for 2 days.

Sofa bed mattress is too soft mattress and dirty. Need replace it. Also, I'm not comfortable sleeping on mattress on the sofa

The location was good with plenty to do in the area. Ant the check in and check out was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful 🙂👍🏽😊...

The room wasn't as big as I thought it was gonna be. And there was a smell of mold / wetness in the room. Notified the front desk of the issue. And room wasn't as big as I thought it was gonna be. And no hot breakfast as advertised on website

The front desk personal was very polite & knowledgeable of area & convience to multiple things

The first room was very dirty & smelled dirty, used soap in shower & burned out light bulbs in bathroom. We were moved to another room. The website should be updated to state no hot breakfast & the shuttle only runs 11pm to 7am strange hours. We booked the room because of location,breakfast & shuttle. We have stayed here before. We were very disappointed on those 2 issues.

The female clerk who checked us is was not pleasant and gave us the wrong room number, we had to search for a room that didn't exist.
