SpringHill Suites Arundel Mills BWI Airport

I like how the hotel was near the grocery store, the mall and shopping centers, as well as the casino! Room size was great! I like how the front lobby locks at night and you must use a key to enter the building.

The pool area was very small but it did do the job. I wish the breakfast had more hot food. If breakfast selection was better the hotel could definitely rate 9/10. Also if the elevator was updated or had a post of inspection the hotel could easily pass for 10/10.

Good location, clean, good breakfast

We have to call front desk at 1am in the morning unable to sleep in the sinking bed room 538 door in the closet broken. Finally they transfer us to a decent room. Thanks to a very nice oriental front desk attendance . Ask the room attendance to refill the soap in the shower and never come back to do the job. Stay 2 days and never have a room turnover or clean.

Regular Breakfast not available due to absent worker? but they did make a good microwaveable breakfast sandwich available. This place was perfect for our trip to Live Casino and the Aundell mall and we would definitely book there again.

Only complaint was the woman worker who was there supervising breakfast that day continued to walk around talking loudly on her phone with the speaker on so we could also hear the person she was talking to the whole time we were there eating breakfast. Vey annoying and rude I thought.

Convenient to the mall area

The sofa bed in the room was very dirty. stains on the mattress, 3 pillows on the sofa had stains and my son had to sleep on it. In the Handicap shower the seat was very dirty. The mattress on the bed I slept on was very uncomfortable. I was awake all night tossing and turning with back pain which is very unusual.

Breakfast was a good plus and the location was ideal.

The receptionist who checked us in was curt and dismissive in the way she dealt with us. She was rude and unhelpful. I was not sure if she was having a bad day or she had anti-Asian bias. She had no business working at your front desk. Inexcusably outrageous!!!

Nice staff, clean room, breakfast was good! Weekend breakfast was better than weekday breakfast.

Tight fit between bed and night stand. Need bigger trash cans. Furniture could be updated. Bathtub very slippery.

it’s nice and clean and the rooms are equipped with everything to make your trip pleasant the hotel itself the lobby is has a nice atmosphere with coffee and tea available for all times

Sunday at 10:30 am was no hot water for a shower

Very good breakfast! Since covid it's been hard to find good breakfast. I would of scored 10/10 the hot tub was not hot...I only stay in hotels with whirlpools; my favorite part. The girl at check in was super nice and accommodating. Very sincere.

Bagels nice and fresh

SpringHill was really clean and staff was polite and rooms were awesome jacuzzi and pool was clean and relaxing . I would recommend this location to anyone who would like to do a local get away .
