The room was very modern and the bathroom was spacious. The entrance of the hotel was beautiful and it was an activity table that family friends can chill and have fun with each other. The pillows were super comfortable as soon as I laid down I fell asleep.

The shower leaked a lot of water onto the floor even with the door closed. For breakfast I ordered the waffle with fruits which had a picture of two waffles for $8. When I asked the front desk person if I can add 3 waffles he said no it only came with the two. But when I got the plate it only had one waffle and asked the front desk person what happened to the other waffle and he said “well I guess it only comes with one”. I was very disappointed because I was getting for my kids to share.

The room was ok, and bed was comfortable. Did not have the breakfast though.

The room that we were in (RM 321), the heating wasn't working when we got there. I called the front desk and they sent someone up to fix it. After fixing it and setting the temperature to 73, the temperature flucuates between cold and hot. It would help if the heating could be extended to the bathroom. We would turn up the heat prior to taking a shower, but the bathroom was still cold. End up catching a cold due to this.

Wow! Perfect location. Really the nicest hotel we ever stayed at. The room was beautiful clean, I loved the wet bar shampoo! Customer service was excellent from checking, checking out, the Beautiful bar! To top it off the price couldn’t be beat. If we ever happen to be in town again will be sure to get a room here.

The only thing I’d like to comment on is the bathroom and how they have lights. The bathroom sliding door. No fan, no separate light. So everyone hears your business! Having children the room was literally pitch dark. So if you stay bring a night light or something similar

The only thing this hotel needs is microwaves in the rooms. It's to much running back and forth downstairs to use the microwave in the lobby and they only have one microwave so you have to wait around for your turn that's is such a inconvenience for a person staying at your hotel. It will be more convenient if microwaves was already in the rooms. One other thing was there was no clean towels available the next day when I ask house cleaning for some I guess the laundry person was off 👎

It seemed very new and the bed was really comfortable. The only bummer was that you had to leave the shades down or you were putting on a show to other rooms. I wished they had sheers so I could enjoy the daylight.

It didn’t have a restaurant but these properties don’t, so I was aware. Also the shower head caused the water to come out so weakly I felt like it was an effort to get wet.

The room was absolutely beautiful!!! It was very clean and comfortable and the scenery was beautiful!!! It felt just like home :D!!! I’m excited to come back soon!!

The thermostat in the room wasn’t functioning, I’m not sure if it was broken or if i just didn’t know how to use it, but the room was kinda cold and I wasn’t able to turn on the heat and warm it up. So that was the only negative aspect I really experienced but it wasn’t that big of an issue anyways, just something to note.

Loved the location and the ambiance of the hotel. The staff was very nice, polite and professional and very accommodating and prompt with our requests. The patio area was a very nice touch and the pool was also, even though we didn't get an opportunity to enjoy it.

The only issue we had was having to request additional towels when we first arrived, as there was only a very limited amount of towels for two people for 6 days (2 bath, 1 wash cloth, no hand towels).

We made a quick trip specifically to go to Medieval Times at the Arundel Mills Mall, so the location was super close and easy to get to. The room was spacious, very clean and the beds really comfy with lots of pillows. Plenty of parking and the grounds were clean with ample outdoor seating areas. We would definitely stay again.

I loved the pillows. They were very comfortable. I liked the decor of the lobby and hotel in general. The free wifi was a bonus and unexpected.

To be honest I did not like the view. However that is not on the hotel. The location was perfect for what I needed, just didn't enjoy the view of the road and traffic.

I like that it was clean comfortable and I can bring my pet for no additional charges. Everything was extremely perfect

You had to paid for breakfast and it was not full course breakfast. Breakfast need to be included in price along with a better selection of food choices
