Candlewood Suites Arundel Mills / BWI Airport, an IHG Hotel

Staff is super friendly and attentive. Rooms are extremely clean. The upkeep of the grounds were great. Had a problem with noisy youngings next door partying my first night there this year once I got annoyed enough I called the front desk and they nipped it in the bud immediately making them leave at about 2:30am. Grateful for that person at the front desk because I had been irritated since they started at 10pm.They offer a shuttle now which is a plus! My family stays at this hotel for a weekend once a year.

Great customer service. Every staff member I interacted with was very friendly and helpful, from front desk to housekeeping. The little snack store downstairs had things like shaving cream and toothpaste which was very helpful.

The A/C unit in our room was kinda inconsistent and would feel too hot or cold without us changing the temp. But it wasn’t too bad.

Nice size rooms. Room was like a studio. Full kitchen. Full size refrigerator, big microwave, stove top, cabinets for storage that came with pots, plates, cups, utensils, toaster, coffee maker, ice maker, dish cloths, dish detergent, very big office desk that was l-shaped. I also had a safe in the wall in the closet, free WiFi, free laundry. Very accommodating for a long stay.

Sofa chair needed to be replaced. Looked worn out. Overall I can’t complain. Great location to arundel mills mall and casino. Great price

Amenities and how very clean the facility was.

Incidental charge of 75 was not commumicated prior to booking through a third party . I have utilized this location several times in the past and never was charged even utilizing the same third party booking. This should be clearly communicated prior to booking .

I loved the layout of the king bed suite - separate living room area, kitchenette, bathroom, table to eat on, and the room was lovely with a desk for me to setup my notebook so as not to disturb my husband as he set up his Xbox in the living room and most important - PET FRIENDLY - plenty of space for my dog to play with his toys and a separate spot to place his food/water bowl - a designated area for him to use outside, with heavy duty poop bags. It was close enough to Arundel Mills Mall if we wanted to shop, eat or hang at Maryland Live.

They don't have enough of the King bed suites so if you only booked a day or two and decided that you wanted to stay longer because the suite is so wonderful!!!!! you cannot if someone else booked it in advance. Once you have stayed in their King bed suite - nothing else compares and you don't want to spend almost the same amount for less than what you had in the King bed suite.

This location did not have breakfast, so the kitchen was perfect when we brought our food or ordered our. The space was very good.

The bathtub did not have a nonslip surface and the shower bar was outside the tub/shower which made it very difficult to use when my foot slipped in the shower

Had surgery in fort Meade early and this hotel is about 10 min away. Wasn't able to appreciate the amenities because we had to leave at 5am but the bed is comfortable

Very clean and building always smelled good. Especially for a pet friendly hotel. It was if no pets were even there! Staff always pleasant. Accommodations were excellent. Very accommodating staff to our special requests. They are the bomb!

i’ve always loved this candlewood. I will always return to this one. They’re always very nice and always very quiet

We did become a little loud. we are all girls. And so we were having a game night, But we weren’t the only room that was being loud On our floor. and we were the only ones talk to about being loud so I thought that was unfair but other than that it was great.

It was close to the airport and the staff was nice.

I picked this hotel because it had a shuttle to and from the airport, but it did not say on their site that the shuttle didn’t run in the morning when I needed it!
