Homewood Suites by Hilton Baltimore - Arundel Mills

The checking process was easy the lady was very friendly the gentleman that was there with I think he was the bellman not sure he was excellent the barbecue grills were clean the pool was clean the sitting area was clean our room two bedroom suite was lovely my family really enjoyed their stuff for 24 hours the fireworks was to touch off it was like six shows at one time we was on the 10th floor and we can see it all it was a great 4th of July worth the 300 and something dollars for the one night

The fact that my daughter had some few issues, so we requested for a 30-minute extension check out time to accommodate her needs and the staff bluntly told us "i will need all of you to check out by 12 p.m.. No exceptions, that was not customer satisfaction nor customer service. A 30-minute delay for folks who drove all the way from New York City and heading back won't break the bank. My only bad experience.

Everything was pretty good, nice pool area. Nice workout room. Breakfast was great as well as the staff. The rooms were very nice and roomy.

I was upset my 2 rooms I booked at the same time same name were on 2 different floors. Broke up the family but we made it work though was upset with it so I hope they can work on that.

The location was excellent and the front desk provided excellent customer service.

The pool temperature was a little cool and not enough pool towels plus i noticed the cameras in the pool area but no enforcement of other guests allowing their small children to jump back in forth from the pool to to the other tub while other guest were trying to enjoy the hot tub.

This property was very nice and close to everywhere we went.

I didn’t like that once I booked I was told one price but then when we checked in our stay was another price ($50) more. We also had to go back downstairs once we checked in to get linen for the pull out sofa. The site said that breakfast was included in the price and it wasn’t because when we checked in I was told by front desk that breakfast was $9.99 per person. Very disappointing! The guy who worked front desk Saturday night seemed annoyed. Also you have to sign up for pool time which was filled up every time we tried. Other than that our stay was ok.

Everything! I am from PA and came to town to assist my niece with moving. I chose this hotel because I Love staying at Hilton Hotels. This property was near my Niece, the Mall and the Casino! This trip turned out to be a mini vaca.

Please hire more front desk staff for the overnight shift as the 1 person working seemed to be overwhelmed with checking people in & servicing guests. But other than that, I Loved everything about this Hotel!!! I plan to book again in Oct 2021!!

It's very nice and very clean in room.

On the "g" floor as a lobby... No one told me about breakfast have to be paying until my friends group inform me about 2nd floor for breakfast are free. They charge me on "G" floor without me knowing it. That's my cons about this that I doesn't like it and there's no communication to give an opportunity to know about it.

The suite was larger than I expected and well stocked. Everything was clean and in excellent condition.

The breakfast (included) was not well stocked and there appeared to be a staffing shortage for breakfast.

I loved that the property had a indoor pool gives the kids something to do staff was super nice and very helpful breakfast was great. What more could I have asked for? NOTHING 😊

Absolutely nothing!!

I liked that you had to reserve pool times. At first I thought it was annoying, but it was really nice not to have a ton of people in there. We are vaccinated so it wasn’t even a COVID issue of it being nice. I think that should be a policy regardless if and when the pandemic is over.

There was definitely a party down the hall happening and it should have been broken up. I did not call to the front desk to complain, but someone should be monitoring that sort of thing.
