The location was excellant. So much to do right within this area. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very welcoming. The breakfast was a plus and had a good variety but, on Sunday the food was limited and people was left without but overall it was a great stay and very comfortable. I will be back again!

We upgraded to the King suite, very spacious. Great staff, reception person, snacks available plus some drinks if you so desire. Did have the breakfast, good coffee all day.

Sometimes it's just little things. They did renovate but forgot to consider where to hang your handtowel. It's a rather small vanity, so not a lot of room to put on it vice possibly having it on a hook. And they are actively renovating. Nothing like some industrial tool to wake you up when you planned to sleep in a bit.

Friendly, professional staff

Oh, this comes with the territory…sounded like teens (a traveling team? multi-family trip?) running between rooms, laughing loudly, yelling in the 2nd floor hallway around 8 to 10 pm on Sat Dec 10. I looked out in the hallway to ask them to keep it down (twice), but by the time I got there, they had either gone into rooms or were way down the other end of the hallway. Not bad enough to call the front desk, but intermittently very annoying.

Although I had to go to the front desk often, the staff were very nice and the breakfast was great. There are a lot of options and great taste. Buffet style breakfast. The gym was really nice as well.

The door handle was broken, and the lamp shade was damaged upon arrival. There wasn't a safe inside the room or a remote. I had to go down to the front desk too many times.

Size of bed and room...esp layout of room. very spacious and good 'flow'. Alot of choice for TV channels was nice also, as we opted to 'stay in' for a whole day. :)

It's location was a 'double-edged sword'...it was susceptible to a lot of traffic just to get to parking lot, but nearly every retail store and/or restaurant was literally right around the corner.

Breakfast was good.

Breakfast area was too small. Having only one waffle maker made the breakfast area extremely crowded because guest were waiting in line to use the waffle maker. Having extended tables for seating also kept strangers from seating next to each other. Individual tables for eating breakfast is best.

It's very convenient for a weekend of shopping at the mall. Close to the casino and movie theater.

I wish there was a crosswalk between the nearby hotels and the mall. it would make things so much safer and easier. And also, if parents could watch over their children. They should not be allowed in the gym unattended or allowed to roam

The location was great for what I needed. Walking distance to the shopping center and a very short drive to the casino. The breakfast was a good bonus.

The price was a little high for a one night stay but I anticipate that was because of the location. I considered it a treat to myself.

I loved the location, cleanliness, the size of the room, TV, and the comfort of the bed.

The staff who checked me in, where not welcoming/friendly. The rooms didn't have the chargers on the lamps. I forget my block, to my charger and had to buy a block from Walmart. The ice machine was broken on my floor.

The hotel was close to the airport, and there were lots of stores and restaurants. They had breakfast, but we left before trying it. Rooms were very clean, and beds slept great. We would definitely stay again.
