Stayed at La Quinta twice in 9 days --- coming/going from BWI on both ends of a week-long vacation. Same room. Fluffy pillows. Each stay was 12 hours. Arrived very late first time. Very good continental breakfast in AM. Next stay, arrived at 4pm -- left at 4am. Chevelle (at the desk) was there both times. She was welcoming, efficient and friendly! Shuttle drivers very helpful. Microwave and fridge useful. Quiet at night.

Room was very small and basic. Fine for one person. Could be tight for two. Small basic desk. Only two drawers for storage. Microwave needs replacing --- worked at half-power. Toilet was so low, could barely get up.

I loved the location(many options for food). I loved the rate for the night( it was affordable).The hotel was clean and check in was a breeze.The rep had everything ready to make check in go fast and smooth!

What I didn't like was the bed that needs to be updated as far as the platform that it's on. We stayed here because we were going on the late boat cruise at the Inner Harbor that night.Unfortunately we missed it because my sister stumped her toe on the corner of the bed platform in our room which later we found out she actually broke the toe as a result of stumping her toe.Also there should be access to ice on each floor!That is the only things that I didn't like other than that the facility is great.

The front desk was very nice and pleasant and helpful and the floor staff for the 3 floor was great two sisters I call them twins making sure that I had enough towels and toilet paper and things in your room even though I didn't ask them to clean it everyday I was there for a week.

I have a problem with so ants in my room the other problem with kitchen lady on Saturday not putting out enough food 🍲 for the people and their kids I didn't have kids there but I care about everyone because food 🍲 comes with your stay and the staff taking up the table and not enough tables for the family and kids that pay.

The Continental Breakfast. It has all the essentials needed to start your day. At 6AM my wife would sleep, and I went down to P/U 2 cups coffee and took to our room. At 8AM we went down for the main breakfast. After travel 2 hours from Pennsylvania for a family get together for Easter, we arrived 1 hour before check-in and was allowed to check-in. This made a real difference because it allowed us to relax before my brother picked us up. Very close BWI airport. I priced other hotels in the area of the airport. La Quinta gives value for the money, and you do not pay any RESORT FEE.

The location was perfect for what we needed it for. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were good but I felt the bathroom could have had a good wipe down and remove some of the hair in the corners.

The lady who checked us in was very short with us and rude. I asked if it was an option for the shuttle to pick us up at the car rental and bring us back to the hotel. She rudely said nope, you have to ride it to the airport and call when you're ready. When I had another quesiton she again quickly cut me off and said "I already told you!" When we met the shuttle at the airport the driver said "You know I could have picked you up at the rental car place right? I told him I asked the front desk and they said that was not an option. It worked out to be picked up at the airport but the way the front desk handled it was not professional.

Room and overall hotel was clean with a great selection for breakfast. All the staff from the time entering the hotel until the time I departed were exceptional, courteous, and professional. This was a second booking as I had stayed there once before and enjoyed my stay both times.

This is a tough question as I did not have anything that I ran into as a need to improve on from services or the operation of the hotel. Only comment I would make is that the advertising of nearby attractions would be moved closer to the front lobby.

Everything. Nice breakfast. Close to airport. Free shuttle service to airport. Close to Baltimore via Light Rail. This is the 4th time we have stayed at this hotel. It is close to family members who reside in Md. The seafood restaurants are the best like Pappas and G&M. As a former Marylander, I make sure we stop at Pappas or G&M restaurants for the greatest crabcakes in the world.

No Complaints.

The breakfast selection was great , great location. Restaurants in walking distance. Pets allowed, family friendly, the room was clean and spacious for us as a family and a dog plus luggage. shuttle dropped us off right at the airport for our PE flight to Germany . oh and we was able to wash our clothes.

There was nothing I disliked , maybe a short key miss function, at arrival which was a quick fix.

We had a one night stay in Baltimore as we were flying from BWI the next morning. The hotel was in a good location for a quick connection to the airport and the hotel provided a free connection bus which dropped us right at the terminal. Breakfast was included in the morning and was decent.

The room was a little basic but was grand for the one night layover.

The front desk person I believe her name was Darlene she wasn’t the most enthusiastic person to be at the front desk. Nobody took a copy of my license when I arrived and I didn’t even sign anything when checking in. I just told her my name and she gave me keys and told me I was good. Now I have stayed at many hotels before and this seemed unusual to me considering you have to prove who you are and that the card matches up for what’s on file so. I could have been anyone checking into the room as long as I had a name to give them.
