Good convenient location in South Bay close to highways, restaurants and shops. Reasonable prices compared to downtown area. They accommodated my room choice request. Hot breakfast was awesome.

Hotel charged $20 parking overnight. Hotel charges $50 plus tax to check in earlier than 3pm. For the room prices, one would think these extras would be part of the room rate.

Big and clean room. Bathroom super clean and clear. Excellent breakfast with hot items, fruits, yogurt, etc. Excellent location (walk close to train station). One employee from cleaning dept. was super nice and kind with us.

Receptionists should be more kind, smile more and treat clients with more kindness. I felt a cold treatment from a female receptionist who did not demonstrate desire on helping.

Overall, we really enjoyed this hotel and will stay again. The rooms were clean, very spacious and comfortable. Many options for the complimentary breakfast in the morning and the security was great. Need your room key card to get in the building and then again to use elevators or gain access to stairs. I loved that and felt very safe. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The only thing we didn’t like was that it was right off the highway. However, it was in close proximity to all the things we wanted to see and do.

The airport shuttle service was excellent, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and serviced daily. The location was convenient to transport and some eateries and shops.

The lights in the room were a little dim. Plastic cutlery and paper plates were not so good. And the coffee machine in my room didn't work. I'd have liked a central source of boiling water for a cup of tea. But these are minor items - my stay was generally very good.

I felt sorry for the nice lady who works at breakfast. Garbage should be place closer to the food area so people don t leave their mess on the table.

The room was nice and clean. The room was spacious for me, my husband and two kids. The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast was decent. It was a quick drive to the harbor, Quincy market and Fenway park. I would stay here again.

The location was convenient but didn’t feel totally comfortable around the location. I would not walk anywhere except the plaza nearby but just down the street were some unfriendly homeless people. Therefore, we just traveled but our car or UBer. My kids would have liked a pool.

Room was very comfortable with all the amenities needed, breakfast was delicious, and the parking was extremely convenient and reasonably priced for the city. The shower was lovely!

I didn't love the fact that the bathrooms and elevator required key cards - i get it (at least the elevator) from a safety standpoint, but it's not the approach i would choose. And the lobby bathrooms I really feel should not require a key card, that just sort of bothers me (I know that is a personal philosophy thing more than anything negative about the hotel, though)

everything! room, breakfast, unlimited free hot drinks and cookies, coffee machine hairdryer fridge microwave, save in the room. good toiletries. very comfortable bed and bedding extremely cheap airport shuttle very friendly staff, always helpful. just ask and they will try the best. the staff deserves extra mentioning! very satisfied customer. all facilities in working order. close to the city centre or the blue bike stations. at the garden beautiful rattan furniture. modern hotel. I don’t understand how this is only 3 starts hotel. I have been in much worse 4****

Staff very poorly trained Took 20 minutes to check in she had no idea what she was doing. Later in the evening tried to buy 3 postcards from another front desk employee and she tried to charge me 20 dollars neither one had any concept of math or English
