Breakfast was very nice. I also appreciated that there was always hot coffee and tea available and some cookies and fruit upon arrival. Super comfortable bed, nice shower.

The walls were a bit thin it seemed, so it was very noisy in the early morning. Convenient location for travel, but not walking distance to the city or a pretty area. Surrounded by highway, shopping.

Had a reservation for Saturday February 27th and needed an early check-in. Drove up from New Jersey and arrived before 1. The woman at the front desk understood our predicament but couldn't Promise us early check in. She was very kind and tried to help in any way. She offered us ways to get ready for our reception since we didn't have a room to get ready. She had a dozen other people with the same issue needing early check in and I could tell she was frustrated. Luckily our room was ready an hour later and we were able to hurry and get ready. We were very grateful and appreciative. The rest of staff was super kind as well. So thank you to all.

The breakfast was excellent and a good variety of healthy options. The hotel was an easy 15 minute drive to where we needed to visit. The staff were calm, helpful. I loved the pool, weight room, lobby area, business room. Our room was great. Beds were one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have had. My son's LOVED the people, atmosphere, facilities. Best part was the staff. We had a financial issue which we worked through with the Manager who was incredibly accommodating. My husband and I had an argument. My youngest son came and told a staff member and their response and help were amazing. All the staff during our stay were superb. Really friendly atmosphere. Like a family run non chain experience.

Bathroom water pressure and hot water a slight issue.

I loved the hospitality. Complimentary bottl s water, coffee , hot chocolate. I liked the coziness of the lobby. The front desk staff was extremely friendly. The complimentary breakfast was perfect for a quick grab and go.

Only complaint was the refrigerator in our room was making a very annoying noise that we had to unplug it.

Very expensive rates because of UMass graduation. It was price gouging because of a graduation.

Relative to the previous hotel (different brand) I had been, this seemed more like a place designed to make microchips in. It was clean, sanitary, well lit, very comfortable; ultra-friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast was quite limited. But I have some pretty severe digestive tract issues, so it's not a complaint about the hotel.

I don't eat breakfast,and I can't run fast. But I am no hero,ifa bad man robbed you,I would probably not help,as I am a yellow bellied,chicken livered, coward. I wish my cowardly qualities were served for breakfeast,but they were not.

There was no one to tuck me into bed.Also,as I am ascared of the dark,no one was there to keep away The Boogey man. This is what I did not like.

Room was great, breakfast was tasty, location was a bit difficult to find but was convenient.

Signage on the road would make it easier to locate. Also handicap ramps at all of the exit doors would be helpful.

The breakfast was good with a nice variety of food and drinks. The location was very good.

The pool was closed for renovations which was disappointing, but understandable and gives us something to look forward to next time.
