Cape Winds Resort, a VRI resort

Spacious apartment, well-equipped kitchen area, very convenient parking. There's a supermarket next door and a great breakfast / lunch diner across the road. Fairly easy drive to the beaches and centre of Hyannis. Good base for exploring Cape Cod.

To UK visitors, the term 'resort' might set certain expectations. To us this felt like essentially a motel-style set up, directly adjoining a busy road. There's an indoor pool and an area for games and BBQ etc., so you could have a fairly relaxing time on site. But it's a very car-based lifestyle, so we used it as a base to explore Hyannis and the rest of Cape Cod.

Liked the cleanliness and safety. The lady at the front desk was very vigilant about pool safety, sure it would have been convenient to have kids in the hot tub as it was hotter than the pool, but rules are important for safety. Keep up the good work! The door to the balcony was so clean, it looked like there was no glass haha!

Would have liked shampoo and conditioner in the rooms.

It was quiet and comfy, plenty of room to stretch out. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The cabana in the back was peaceful and beautiful. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. There was a grocery in walking distance and we found a fruit market nearby. Equidistant for visiting both south and north Cape.

If you ever get to update and can afford it, please put in smart tv with streaming. That's just my wish list and the cherry on top.

We loved the amenities the property offers and it’s location. Literally across the street from a great breakfast spot and seafood market. This place have a pool, hot tub and gym inside the check in building. So walking back to our apartment after swimming was a bit cold! But not to bad. We will definitely be back!

The location and room comfort was good. The staff was very helpful.

The pool hours could have been a little longer. There is a full kitchen in each unit but no basic supplies like some sugar, coffee powder, and salt. you have to go and buy everything to make the morning coffee. At least they can provide free coffee in the lobby area.

I like the seclusion this place had and was well kept other than minor maintenance of weather disturbances in late April winds this place was a gem compared to others

we wish the pool had more lights to see the bottom of pool when swimming and the jacuzzi seat wasn’t crumbling on the edge of seat cuz that hurt to sit on without knowing. and that the outside fun activities were minded more cuz a few things were slightly broke but there was nothing really terribly wrong

Very spacious rooms, kitchenettes set up for self catering with all their equipment provided.

Rooms need a little refurbishment. There’s a slight dust smell in the apartment and the air-con unit is the older one that fits in window frame so isn’t evenly distributed around the apartment.

The rooms are so spacious!!! We felt right at home. Everything you need, is within walking distance!! Breakfast/lunch right across the street! Grocery store literally in the same lot. Dunkin to the left, Cumberland Farms to the right! Package store. Mini golf & awesome soft serve ice cream. Only a couple of miles from downtown! We had a wonderful time. We will 100% be back for many years to come! Oh I can't forget.....Brian! His hospitality is the greatest!!!

We had an awesome stay! Don't get us wrong. Only thing was that the walls in our unit needed some paint, lots of marks and stains. Curtains also a little stained.

They don't offer breakfast. Excellent restaurant for breakfast right across the street. There's a super market right next door, which is super awesome. Two story apartment. With full kitchen, bigger and nicer than NYC kitchens! Definitely our go- to in the Cape!

Only thing I can imagine negative what's so ever is I wish it was right on the beach.

I stayed there with a few on my girlfriends for our friends bachelorette party. It was located very close to beaches,downtown and other attractions. The unit was well setup and clean. It was so nice to have a full setup instead of just going back to a hotel room. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I wasn't a fan of the Cape this won me over and I will definitely go back.

I didn't realize that there wasn't maid service and had to go to the office and change out the used towels for new and throw our garbage in the dumpster. It's wasn't a big deal to do I just wish I had know because I would of done those things in the morning before we left for the day as we got back just before the office was closing for the night.
