Good location, clean, comfortable. Good AC, very quiet. Plenty of parking, though its $15 a night to park your car. I thought the breakfast was very good, compared with most hotels in the US. Very good coffee and fresh fruit. My room was really big, nice desk and sofa area. Fridge and microwave in my room. The 5th floor has a laundry room, with around 4 washers and 4 dryers. No charge to use. Just bring your own detergent. I used them once, quick wash was 30 mins, dryer took 40mins for a medium load. Great facility in this day and age of travelling light.

I gave 9 out of 10. They lost the point as they charge extra for parking.

The Kitchen/Cafeteria had lots to choose from & it all looked nice & fresh, but did not really have anything. I also liked the security measures that were in place, that was wonderful. I requested certain things during our stay & they absolutely met my needs.

It was a Saturday morning & would have liked that the Kitchen/Cafeteria continued to serve coffee for a few more hours, but it ended at 10am. Our TV had some limitations on it, which Nicole the Opr. Mgr (she was great) contacted the Tech Support Team to come to our room to help fix the problem, The Tech said they were aware of the problem, but were unable to fix it until Mon., or Tues. of this week 3/3/23 & 3/4/23, long after we left the hotel, we were able to watch TV, but not some of the stations we wanted to. I think most patrons might not like the parking fee at all.

Comfortable bed, good a/c, lots of electrical outlets and charging ports. Good location with a 5 minute walk to the Red Line.

The front desk service was a bit slow, very polite and thorough, but if there were several people checking in , it took a while. Also the description in Booking.com said they had a restaurant and bar, but other than the breakfast buffet, which was good, there was no restaurant and although there was a spot for the bar, it was not in operation.

The hotel looked brand new, all was really nice, breakfast included, and parking available in the street (free) or at the hotel (with a fee). There was a place behind the hotel we could walk there and we enjoyed it that much we went both evenings we stayed there, really nice with good food and drinks.

All was really positive, but just to mention that the bar was closed since covid and still not operative, but the place behind the hotel at walking distance (2 minutes) really recommended for food and drinks.

I had some issues with my bank card on arrival from Ireland. My bank wouldn't allow me to process the full transaction to pay for my stay upfront which can be pretty stressful when far from home in a foreign country. The woman on the front desk was so helpful, accommodating and understanding. She suggested putting through 1 night only at first (which worked) and by the following morning everything was rectified with my bank thankfully. I really appreciated the flexibility and her helpfulness. Would definitely stay here again when in Boston. Thank you so much 😊

Good breakfast and nice area to eat breakfast. The staff was very nice and always helpful. Facilities was fresh and clean, it felt like a new hotel. The room was modern and new. Cleaning staff on the floor we stayed was friendly and nice. All staff had great energy! Parking opportunities was nice! Good location to explore Quincy and I guess also Boston as trainstation was just nearby.

Loved the staff! Breakfast was great, two minute proximity to the T was great, but the staff won our hearts. At around 5 am when our Uber cancelled on us, the lady at the front desk did not stop trying. She called a cab from her personal account to make SURE we got to my daughter's graduation on time! Of course we settled the account, but it was her staunch support that kept our spirits up when we were panicking. It was SUCH an important occasion and she saved the day. We will never forget this. All other staff were very helpful at all times as well.

The room was clean. Staff were friendly, except for the first nite we got there. Breakfast was good. Wish it lasted until 1030am or 11am.. :)

At first, was a bit angry, as I booked two queen beds. We got 1 queen and one sofa bed. We were so exhausted that night, as our flight was pretty late. Sofa bed was soo very uncomfortable. Next day, I told clerk up front and he promptly fixed it. Thanks to him, 2nd -4th day, we slept so comfortably. We asked for more coffee pods, as there were 3 of us staying at the hotel. There were only 2 caffeinated coffee pods. Lady at desk told me they only had decaf. I was not happy about that.

Location is good,staff was very friendly. room was pretty clean except for a momento a previous guest left on the wall. I alerted the front desk upon my departure and I’m confident that they will take care of the issue. This is my third time staying at this property and as long as I visit Boston I will continue to come back.

The price. Even though it is comparable to other hotels in the area the prices are just way too much for a single parent that has to spend on other things as well while here.

Breakfast was good - with a variety of choices. The staff was working hard to replenish the food and coffee. The location was good with a nearby subway station. On-site parking available for a reasonable extra $15/day fee.

The parking lot was full one day and we were suggested to use overflow parking but were refunded for that day.
