Staybridge Suites - Quincy, an IHG Hotel

they have free laundry also provided with detergent. an free water and ice machine, which lots of hotel do not provide. a variety of free breakfast as well. is very clean in both room or public spaces, and staff are really nice!

location is convenient 5 minutes walk from station, and several supermarket around also within 5 minutes walk. but the Boston metro is a big problem, so for going into town Uber might be the best way. I need to go to town everyday while my stay, I ended up taking metro almost every time, which usually takes 25 mins ride, it took me an hour to get to my destination.

Everything was great. Very clean and great bed.

We booked this room at a cheaper rate and didn't realize that the year of the card was wrong Anyway we called the hotel about 5:15 and spoke with an employee and she took our card information and ran it through. It cleared our bank. We called the next day and the young man at the hotel said he didn't see our reservation and we would have to pay the increase amount instead of the original 1100.00 and change. So we ended up paying 1500 and change. Not very happy about that. We contacted our bank to get the original amount back.

The location to North Quincy Train is about 5 mins on foot, would be faster if not for the long traffic light waiting times. Nearby, there are restaurants about 10 mins walk away. There was Laundry and Dryer for use 24 hrs, ice machine, a good small kitchen and large enough bathroom.

For our room, the carpet did feel clean, so I asked for room slippers but unfortunately they do not provide. Bring your own room slippers. The breakfast is from 6.30 am to 9.30 am, to be honest, it is quite an early time to stop breakfast service since some would have jet-lag and their waking up timing would be shifted. The breakfast is simple but sufficient. The coffee is always running out, I would suggest the hotel invests in an automated coffee machine which also does espresso and cappuccino since this would reduce the attention needed to the the coffee place and also offer much more options for guests.

We spent a week at this hotel. It was a great place to stay. Nice clean room well equipped kitchen with a full size fridge/freezer. Staff very friendly went out of their way to help/assist. Enjoyed a breakfast every morning...plenty of choice. The train station is 2 min walk good for getting around Boston. Would defiantly recommend this hotel.

Nothing.. couldn't fault this hotel, staff or location.

It was an extremely close walk to the T, grocery store, & restaurants. The breakfast was great with a wide selection to choose from. Beds were comfy and room was roomy. Staff we friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again when visiting Boston!

Didn’t have a pool, but I really don’t think we would have used it with all our sightseeing of the Boston area we did.

The location was just perfect. 3 minute walk to supermarket and to subway

The hotel overbooked and we were given a queen bed room instead of a king, also in the Holiday Inn instead of Staybridge. Nichole the operations manager offered us a room in a hotel 6 miles away which we took for one night. This was a real nuisance. Nichole was very helpful but it wasn’t good and we ended up eating cheese and biscuits for dinner at 9pm.

Each room has instructions for signing into your Netflix account, however it did work after 2 hrs of trying, over 2 days. Finally I went down to the front desk and was told that it doesn’t work. Im fact for the 7 months she has worked there it hasn’t worked. Do it was 3 days of a limited and terrible entertainment selection.

Facility is well laid out and convenient to the T. A great breakfast provided every morning. Staff were extremely helpful in giving direction to get around city and offered some great insight into places to see.

This is a non smoking property but there are people that smoke or vape outside, An area outside needs to be designated with a place to put butts as they are just thrown on the street on sidewalk. Every morning I was there I picked up trash from the corner of the building even though security staff walk by the same area and should be keeping an eye on this.

Location was great! We had a car but it was close to a train station. Hotel was beautiful and seemed like it was brand new!

Our room wasn’t super clean. Someone’s used eye contacts were still in the bathroom and there was a stained towel in the bathroom. It was also very noisy because there’s construction right beside the hotel. The construction woke us up every morning.

The location is great! Bathroom is spacious and the shower head is removable. Kitchen is equipped with everything. Parking is free and spots are spacious. Free breakfast, no daily room service.

The cleanness can be improved. My cover has blood stain on it. The blanket has a used bandaid stuck on it.
