The poooool was so warm and soooo beautifully surrounded. It felt like a resort And what a lovely little town. They have a map of the town and it is in cartoon format making it just seem like the most endearing place to visit.

The doors are tricky/hard to open and not necessarily obvious. Put key in/ pull out quickly and turn the handle UPWARDS...reapeat if it does not work. So after getting our stuff to the room, we couldn't get the door to unlock and had to go "all" the way back to the reception area (which is quite a ways away) to ask for help. Not ideal with kids at 11pm.

My family & I were very pleased with our stay. We were attending graduation at UMass Amherst and the location was perfect! The complimentary coffee and snacks & drinks that came with our room were enjoyed. The staff was very pleasant and was very helpful returning an item I left in the room after check out. Although a little pricey (most likely due to graduation and holiday weekend) I was happy to find this hotel & would recommend booking.

bed was very comfortable. accomodations were very pleasant[ new, nicely styled] . would like to have tried the pool.., but we were off to the ocean the next day. enjoyed the park like surrounds which were very well kept up, shaded with large trees, wel mown and flowered, weeded, very pleasant, with picnic tables.

lots of trouble using the room card to unlock the doors. you need to bend it just right. you need to fix that, please.

I love that you guys had a big pool and it was very inviting and warm and comfortable the rooms were good enough for the price because the beds could be a little comfy and the pillows could be a little comfier lol but overall it was a good experience the kids had fun and that's all that matters

The bed wasn't that comfortable nor the pillows and you guys don't have a workout room

the staff was not very welcoming! at check in she never explained where to go, where anything was, nothing about check out time . She had me sign a paper and gave me two key cards. at check out the girl took my key cards and that was it, never asked me about my stay nothing! I felt like the staff definitely could have been better!

Location was perfect; 10 minutes away from where we needed to be and not too far away from restaurants.

The pool was somewhat refreshing but there were clumps of hair in the pool and on the sides of the pool. Our room also had handprints on the wall of some sort of grease? Maybe a sugar mixture? Very weird.

Extremely comfortable bed, very clean room, very friendly and responsive staff! Just a few minutes away from my destination.

The shower curtain is a little odd .. snaps in the middle causing water to land on the floor instead of the tub. However, staff quickly cleaned up and provided fresh towels.

The location was easy to access, and close to other places we needed to be. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

It would have been nice if the hotel offered breakfast. There was a Dunkin's close by, but I would enjoy eating at the hotel over having to leave it every morning, and then come back to finish getting ready for the day.

The beds were comfortable. The heat was perfect-not cycling on and off-just a steady fan. The lighting was good. The bathtub had a non-slip surface and a grab bar. The room was clean and the property is right next to Yankee Candle!

The sink wouldn’t drain, but they fixed it. It snowed and the entrances weren’t cleared well. Smokers stood around at the entrances and there were open ashtrays that were smelly. I was there for 4 nights and only had 1 housekeeping visit.

The location work very well for us as a group of 6 friends. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The stairwell and lobby area could’ve used a little cleaning and the screen an hour window had a giant rip.
