clean & helpful staff

I reserved two rooms through booking.com. when we arrived, reservations only displayed as one room. we were able to get another room, at a higher price. The staff has trouble checking us out. charged the plus of the fulls room plus $185 holds (total of 4) has been placed in the account. she assured me they were only holds, however my checking account displays as negative because I have $800 in a “hold status” and I cannot access the funds. the place & service was great. I just wish I didn’t have the $800 (two rooms for two nights) plus the 4 accidental swipes of $185 each holding up my account.

The property seems to be undergoing renovations. We came on the weekend so we had no problems with noise. The room was clean and seemed updated. Only the tub seemed like it needed to be replaced. The staff was good and the breakfast was decent.

We had an issue with the toilet as if the water pressure was low. But the staff sent someone and it was fixed quickly.

The location was not so ideal to visit Boston but we knew that when we booked the hotel

everything worked and the staff were friendly.

There was nothing we didn’t like but we were surprised by the recycling system that none of the guests appeared to follow. Exactly what is trash and what can be recycled is not clear and a small list of drawings of the items that can be recycled would be useful. The items themselves, plates and cutlery could be marked. Can plastic cutlery be recycled? I hope this is helpful!

Good location. I would have liked to have been closer to Hanscom Airforce Base.

When I checked in I asked for a military discount. When I made the reservation I feel that since the Airforce Base is near by the reservation site should have asked if I am military.

We arrived late after a long drive.The lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Wish I could remember her name. Breakfast was the standard hotel selfserve breakfast. Coffee was good. Room was quite large with 2 beds that were very comfortable. Hotel is in a very quiet location and easy to get to off the main road.

Front desk staff were amazing and so very helpful!!

During our 4 night stay, no one came to clean our room until we left. So we needed to take out our garbage, track down more garbage bags ourselves and ask for towels.

It was one night, near family. It met our needs. Easy to get to. Couldn't have been more accommodating. If I'm every back in the area, this will be one of my top choices.

Everything was great. No complaints, no issues, no problems.

Great hotel, has a big and comfortable room, a fair breakfast, and very friendly staff.

The only problem is not enough ventilation in the room - the windows can't be opened and there is not enough fresh air in the room
