Room space is good Breakfast is good, but it's preferable to put the label over the plate for what it has

The hotel is far from any services and restaurants, and there is no reserves for electricity, as happened on Thursday, 20:70, about us, electricity has been turned off over 12 hours

First floor nearby door. My husband has trouble walking, and it made the access to our car more doable.

They didn't give me a receipt. They told me I should get one from Booking.com. this never happened at any other hotel. I would like Booking.com to send me my receipt please.

Comfortable clean rooms 30 min drive from airport and to centre of Boston You will need a car Excellent breakfast included - eggs, muffins, cereal, oatmeal, pancakes depending on day, juice and coffee I chose this because they have more space and was way cheaper than central Boston. And the parking was free. Fantastic place and highly recommend but needs a car.

The breakfast was nice for the current Covid restrictions, coffee was good too! The staff was very friendly and accommodating for when we decided to stay an extra day. We stayed in the King suite and it was very nice and comfortable.

The parking lot is very dark and made me feel unsafe, even when walking with my husband. There really isn't anything else that was wrong as we are not very picking travelers. If you are complaining during these Covid times, just don't travel, as everyone is the service industry is trying their best.

I love the suite. It was clean and comfortable.

The only thing I didn't like was the pillows. They were too soft. One pillow was too flat and two pillows were too high. I didn't sleep very well. My neck was hurting but everything else was great. Maybe invest in some new pillows.

I liked thrown size also the breakfast and the pool.i I also like how there were nice restaurants close by.

I think people would like if you offered Turkey or Chicken products as a meat choice. It would also be no to have a happy hour on the weekends.

Nice and clean.

Hot tub broken. Did not have information on website or gave any prior notification. It was the reason that i was staying there. It was covered over with plywood. Said that they were waiting on parts. Also, the breakfast was not so good. Minimal choices even with Covid going on. I stayed at a smaller hotel 3 days before this that had a great “covid” breakfast. Not a lot of effort.

Great place to stay. our king room had a bedroom/bathroom area and the rest of the room was shut off which we really liked. clean room, say some ants in the bathroom but otherwise everything was clean. breakfast was very minimal so we didn’t eat it. overall a great location and will stay again.

The breakfast is rather monotonous. This could be a little better and healthier!

Facilities were adequate. Wish there was more parking in the front. There's not much you can do about that. It was refreshing to go to a place with a hot breakfast. Nice big beds.

In the heat vents, there were two dryer sheets(bounce) that were curious but did not affect our stay.
