I like that the place was clean and friendly the man at the front desk went out of his way to help me find my room Booking .com put it under my initial not my name so it wouldn't come up on his computer but he never quit looking.. it was new years eve and some people were not in the best mood but he took it with a grain of salt and still worked with me. After I did go to my room for some reason I couldn't turn on my light between house keeping and the last guest they were either unplugged or light bulb turned , he said no problem and was at my room within minuets took care of it and was on his way

I didn't like there were guest that were treating him badly and he had no one to help him on a busy night like NYE there should have been more help on such a night that's management not him,

My main concern is cleanliness and safety when I need to find lodging. This hotel, Quality Inn, rated the highest of all the places that I have been. As well the rooms, for the most part, were very quiet. The staff was most friendly. I experienced a medical emergency, and the staff went to great lengths to aid my family in this crisis. We took the dogs to a nearby park for a pleasant stroll. Just go down a couple traffic lights past CVS, turn around to the north side of Riverdale Street less than a quarter mile.

Gosh, I don't really have a complaint. I did have a little trouble navigating the one-ways and turn arounds but that was no fault of the Inn. I had to call when I initially couldn't find the place but that was my navigation system. The front desk let me express my panic then gave me simple directions to follow.

I liked the bedding and pillows--very comfortable. The motel decor looked like it had been recently updated Very polite and attentive front desk staff.

The breakfast was nothing to get excited about. Limited choices. No bottled water. The fried eggs were way overcooked. Only one meat choice. Since I was there on a holiday weekend I expected better, I guess.

I was traveling with my family dog & needed a pet friendly hotel to accommodate the both of us. I was happy to discover the Quality Inn in West Springfield, MA. is pet friendly & happy to pay the extra fee for my dog.

Unfortunately some visitors to the hotel are not so respectful & throw their trash on the lawn and by their cars. It wasn't terrible but I did find it to be a bit unsightly.

Good location, excellent breakfast: includes waffles, fruits, cereal, yogurt, eggs, coffee. The facilities were clean, the staff was very friendly and kind.

The only thing I have to say there was a sock in the floor of the bedroom, maybe of the person who stayed before. But the bedroom was clean.

Some of the cleaners were rude and unpleasent.

The room was clean and fresh, the TV did not work when I arrived and within the hour the TV was replaced and programmed. That was impressive, I called for 1 extra towel, and they sent up 2 of each. That was impressive and the professionalism shined!

I did not have breakfast but everything was organized

I felt like some of the guests must of lived there and I did not see that was an option when booking. I did not like how they hung around outside the building. They were harmless of course, but first impressions count.

Unfortunately, I slept in too much to go and enjoy the breakfast so I didn’t get a chance to see what they had to offer. Would have been nice if the breakfast was held longer but that’s just me being not a morning person.

Honestly, I don’t think anything needed to be better, the bed was comfy, the bathroom was updated with a nice shower, and the location was perfect.

Breakfast was great, nice variety of good food and beverages. Pet friendly!

The breakfast room would be much more convenient if it opened at 6:00 am on Sunday like the rest of the week. I have a small dog and was put on the 3rd floor. It would be a lot easier if we were on the ground floor. No elevators!

Breakfast was excellent! Elevators were great! Pool looked nice. Room was spacious and comfortable. Loved having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Loved the extra pillows!

Dogs were barking a lot of the time. Maybe have all dog rooms on one floor. I love dogs and left mine at home in the kennel. It was quite disturbing when trying to rest and relax.
