Staff were very friendly and offered us a $40 off breakfast coupon for their restaurant, along with waters while we waited for check-in. Hotel is very sleek, comfortable, and central to everything downtown. Also had a wonderful view!

Navigating the property was fairly confusing- from parking, to actually locating the check in area. Also, at night most doors are closed- which was sort of a pain if we just needed to run outside to pick up food, or go to the car. Also, there is no vending machines on site, so make sure you bring drinks or buy some to store in your room ahead of time. Overall, I would stay here again!

This was the third time i've stayed here and it was great! The staff was amazing and super nice, gave us a connecting room--which is always my favorite! The beds were comfortable and we got a 12pm check out which is always nice to sleep in.

I am not a fan of having to call for ice, it takes a little bit longer to get to you when you could just go get it yourself. But I can also see where it is convenient to not leave your room if you are there for a relaxing weekend.

Hotel was pricey. There were a lot of people staying at the hotel- a lot of groups. So it was busy and pretty messy throughout. They probably could use more cleaning staff to keep up on the demand. Same for the restaurant. It was super busy and difficult to navigate. However, when I ordered and received my food it was really good.

The location and cleanliness of the property are unmatched!

The restaurants and bars on-site did not stay open long enough for all the patrons coming back from their events downtown looking for a bite to eat before bed. Everything closed at midnight, even though on the website it says they keep the kitchens open until 1am on the weekends.

Wrong type of room initially given. Any type of room service was slow. We were told elevator didn’t go to floor we were on when given wrong room. Wanted room service that took a long time and we ended up going outside & walking to restaurant in Detroit instead.

Well, we booked about 6 rooms and 4 out of those 6 rooms that were originally assigned to us were very dirty (Beds were unmade, trash was everywhere, etc.) when we got into them.. They did however accommodate to the rooms that were dirty and give some money off and gave some money for them to go receive breakfast, along with getting upgraded rooms.

The veiw from room was amazing. Furniture and bed comfy as could be. and staff were amazing.

Had to pay for parking. Which is fine, but it's not mentioned in room or hotel listing and they also dont give discounts for staying in hotel at parking structures. Also bathroom in room kinda small and outdated

Arrived at 230pm and was able to check-in. Very courteous at the front desk and super quick. Less than 5 minutes and I had my room keys in my hand!

Unfortunately, we had no shampoo in the room. The dispenser was empty.

I liked the location, as far as access to entertainment, food and freeways. I especially loved the friendliness of the staff. I met Ms. Jackson, the attendant of the Fitnesses Center and, I have to compliment her warmth, friendliness, professionalism and service. A truly wonderful woman!

The hallway on the 63rd floor was a little too warm.
