the parking situation is a bit of a mess

Breakfast with a very limited selection of food. For example: no basic things such cheese. Parking - no parking in front of hotel after 6pm. always needed to park my car in the near garage.

The bed was very comfortable and the shower was one of the nicest I’ve had in hotels. It was easy to get to the show at the casino

Location is perfect, situated just across Windsor Riverfront. Our room have big window with spectacular river view and Detroit skyline. Front desk staff was great and helpful. I asked to change to higher floor to have a better Riverview. They were very helpful; accommodated my request and answered all our questions. Room is bright and clean, but the air conditioner unit is kind of noisy especially when they kicks on in the night.

i love the location plus the breakfast was really good .. bonus from our trip was the person at the front desk , the guy who assisted us during our check in was really nice he even gave us free milk for my kids because i asked if they're also selling milk , the store is 5 mins walk and it was cold outside so he just gave me milk. its our second time in this hotel and they didnt fail us thank you holiday inn windsor.

the pool is under construction that is also our main reason why we book here.. but anyway we had bath tub in our room the kids enjoyed playing in the water.

Breakfast was really nice! Loved the juice selection and the pancake maker. Very clean. The infused water at the reception was a great addition and was really loved by the whole family. Location was nice and easy to find.

We asked about parking when it was full and they gave us a card of where to go but without the free coupon thing which they charged us (parking was said to be free on the website). When we got to the extra parking lot, we had to pay there (which cost more than what we should have paid if we had gotten the coupon). However, when I asked about being reimboursed for this confusion, they gave us the money they had charged us back. We did end up paying more for the parking because we weren't given the coupon needed to park there.

I’ve stayed at this location many times for work reasons over the last 6 months. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I enjoy the free breakfast.

Booking.com somehow did not forward my reservation to the hotel despite me receiving a confirmation email, so upon my arrival my crew didn’t have room(s) available (glad I didn’t prepay). The staff at the desk worked quickly to get my coworkers and myself into a room with a discounted rate! Also parking is really limited. Overall I’m pleased with the hotel and its staff and disappointed in Booking.com

We checked in at 12am August 11 and we were greeted by a man and woman with the nicest smile. The female (sorry i dont remember her name) was very personable and accommodating she even laughed at my corny jokes. The room was very clean and smelled like bleach.

The price was a little high but worth it because the hotel rooms are very clean
