The whole stay I never saw a member of management checking on things. Not as clean and fresh as it should be. No attention to detail- elevators dirty. No soap in rooms to wash hands. We weren’t told at check in that no room service would be provided for fresh towels, etc. We didn’t need bed linen change but it would be nice to have known. A few of the front desk women not friendly or gracious. Just stared when I made comment. Ghetto! However the valet staff was outstanding!! The cable tv was sooo bad! Half the channels didn’t work! Even the local channels were blocked. I understand there are staffing issues everywhere, but $350 a night when the rooms aren’t fresh, the tv doesn’t work and public spaces need attention is a bit much!!

Room was very clean and updated. There were enough waters, and towels and I loved the steamer instead of a traditional iron. Wouldn't change anything about the room.

The front desk associate didn't seem to know what she was doing. I checked in a little after midnight and she tried to get me to pay an early check in fee. Not to sure why I would need to pay that if my flight arrived after midnight. She had to get another associate that ultimately told her she was not correct.

Facilities were nice and updated

There were only 1.5 people working during check in on a Friday night. The .5 is due to the second individual constantly leaving to go to the back for 15 minutes or more after every other customer. The guy working was doing his best to move the line. I came down a second time after check in to purchase a beverage from the market advertised downstairs, to which they make you wait in the extended line again to check out instead of having a system to check out in that area. There’s a liquor store literally within 2 minutes walking distance, my boyfriend and I walked there instead for beverages and the line still had barely moved.

The staff works as a team! Everyone was pleasant they made us feel like they wanted us to be there. Unfortunately some hotels the staff at the front are nice but everyone else just ignores you. Loved the free parking we tipped well because we were excited not to pay for parking in a downtown hotel! The rooms were exceptionally clean 👌 🙌 😍 and the hotel decor was pleasant and inviting! We will stay here again ❤️

We had to check out and go home! No daily housekeeping

The hotel itself and our individual room were both very lovely and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved waking up at 2AM and deciding to head over to the Casino that was easy access as it was attached to the hotel!

Did not love waking up at 2AM and heading over to the Casino to find out there were zero options for a late night craving. Had to use a food delivery service and a restaurant much further away, but we did find food finally!

Great location at Detroit’s Greektown, a 15-minute walk to downtown, restaurants, and cafes. The bed was comfortable. The room is very spacious, which is a plus.

I explicitly asked for a city view and got a room facing the parking lot. I informed reception, but they said no other rooms were available—this is not a great customer experience. The walls are not well soundproofed. I could hear other guests’ TV noise. Cleanliness was okay.

Location was great. Very clean. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was really nice. Beds very comfortable. Overall a nice stay and would stay there again. Nice that parking was free too.

There was a 20 minute wait to check in. I don't think I've ever waited that long to check into a hotel before. Line was so slow and so long. There was also a long line when we checked out that we just opted for express checkout.

Room was clean. View was good. Staff was excellent. I would stay here again and would recommend others to stay here.

Our only issue, like at many big city hotels, is finding where to park. Better signs stating which garage to park at would be helpful. If there was a better description for this sort of stuff in your confirmation emails, and maybe even a site map, that would be very helpful.

Everything was perfect! Staff was so nice, rooms beautiful with a lot of storage, bathroom large, free parking. What’s not to like?!

Our room, 18th floor, odd numbered, looked over the parking garage and abandoned buildings. Ask for an even numbered room on a higher level. If you book through a third party site though, you don’t get special requests. Our friends were on the 27th floor overlooking the city and it was gorgeous.
