Comfort Suites

I really like this hotel. They have a great breakfast that is staffed. They are in a great location with Hudson Diner in the same parking lot. I really like these rooms and staff. No kids in pool after 1030, I think it should be sooner but....

Kids running up and down the halls all hours of the night. I have stayed here 3 times and each time, kids running up and down the halls at all hours of the day and night. They do sell earplugs. I do not know why this hotel is so popular with families with younger children but clearly it is. so just be aware. Even with this slight issue, I would still stay here because the beds are good to my back and the rooms are super clean.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast in the morning was average for a hotel breakfast waffles, cereal, yogurt and eggs and bacon or sausage depending on the day. But it was nice not having to go out in the mornings to eat. Accessibility to all there is to do in the area was perfect.

I did see the maintenance staff checking pool levels but the pool was never clear. That was a bit concerning. Its hard to keep kids out of a pool so we just made sure they showed right after. We also noticed that under the pu out couch was not clean and the couch bed itself could be replaced, broken springs, stained mattress cover

It was very clean and the restaurant out front was very convent and had great food. the breakfast always had plenty of options. the pool was clean and quiet which was very relaxing!

The only thing I did not like was that no one every came and cleaned our room. We didn’t get any new towels or extra toilet paper unless we went down to the desk and asked for it. The staff was very nice so it wasn’t too bad, it just would have been nice to come back to fresh towels

It was located near to shopping and restaurants. The Hudson Grill was right next door where you got 10 percent off when you showed your room key. Room was large, bed was comfy.

I had requested a room refresh on our 3rd day but it was left untouched. You had to request extra towels, and toiletries. We were there 4 days and l think after 2 they should refresh and replenish automatically.

I like the location and have stayed before, no huge complaints. All staff has always been helpful and friendly. I would stay again. It was in January and cold so I skipped seeing the beaches.

We did find some food and dirty tissue under our bed upon arrival. I dropped something and needed to find it so we discovered this. Although from now on I will look when I arrive. I did let the staff know at the desk as an fyi. It was probably just an oversight BUT makes me wonder the thoroughness or not of the cleaning staff.

The bed was amazingly comfortable, especially important after a long day of travel. I loved having a sofa and chair to relax on instead of having to set on the bed. Also, there were plenty of towels.

The people in the room above were quite noisy, pacing and running until 1:30. We called down to the desk around 12:30 but it took a while for them to settle down

Good breakfast.

This hotel claims to be "travel sustainable" property but there were utensils at breakfast individually wrapped in plastic, not to mention the plastic cups, paper plates, and paper cups at breakfast. I think this hotel has a lot further to go in terms of becoming more environmentally friendly.

Location was great. Easy to find. Clean rooms very clean bathroom. Staff in the dinning area were awesome, friendly and very helpfull. Great on site restaurants is awesome. Nice to walk a shot distance to grab a meal in between site seeing.

A couple things: The pool was nice but could have been cleaner. The water looked cloudy like it was not cleaned in a while. The beds were not very comfortable. Didn't like the scratchy comforter on top, when I wanted to lay down to read a book or watch tv same for the couch. The couch/hideabed could have been more comfortable. maybe a thicker mattress and a pillow top mattress pad. My 8 year old grandson rated the bed and didn't like it so he snuggled in with us.

Very nice comforters and pillows - better than 3 previous hotels. Breakfast was ok. Swimming pool was nice, I wish kids could swim a little later; we only had 10 minutes based on time we got in. A/C kept room nice and cool.

Swimming pool closing at 10. A bit more variety in the breakfast - turkey options vs. pork. Fruits. Central A/C would be better, not just focused at the window.

Breakfast was good, lots of choices. Pool area and hot tub were really nice. Didn't use the exercise room or sauna. The room and bathroom were nicely sized. The bar and grill across the parking lot - Hudson's - is absolutely a must, the food is great and show your room card for 10% off as well.

No complaints, nice hotel / room / facilities.
