The hotel staff is going above and beyond to meet customer expectations. I love how clean, modern, and spacious the hotel is, especially liked the size of the pool. I would definitely stay there again in the future, just avoid the restaurant.

I did not like the restaurant in the hotel. First, the smell of fried oil was too intensive, especially in the afternoons, and after having dinner and spending there over an hour, your clothes and hair would smell too. The staff in the restaurant was not very professional and also highly overwhelmed with the numbers of custom orders taken. I feel like a simple buffet concerning complimentary breakfasts would be a much more convenient solution for everyone. Our morning order was totally mixed up, but after spending almost an hour waiting for our food, we decided to eat what we were served and leave asap. I also did not like the water temperature in the jacuzzi. It was close to boiling.. Someone should be checking the settings.

The pool is excellent and the beds were perfect. Everyone had a great night's sleep and the black out curtains worked so well we overslept.

I bought the breakfast through booking.com and it was just a coupon for money off of the restaurant. You would think that $40 would cover breakfast for 4 people but it didn't. We ended up paying an additional $22 for our breakfast. Next time I won't buy the breakfast in advance and eat somewhere else.

The room was comfortable, but I would have liked to know that there was no tub and only a shower since we were traveling with a 4 yr old.

Ice machine on 2nd floor didn't work at all, any of the days we were here. Ice machine by pool didn't work on 7/2. Called down to front desk to see where we could get some ice and was put on hold for 5 minutes and hung up so I could get kids to bed.

It was a nice property with amenities and facilities

I had paid for property 100% before check in and I was charged again Also my name and details for whatever reason did not stay in the property database and I had a challenge when I contacted for refund of the room charge. It was a difficult experience No proper housekeeping Did not buy anything from store but was charged

The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the shower was great. The hotel had nice closets/storage for all the things we hauled in as well. I especially liked the breakfast area which was beautiful and picturesque

I felt the room was expensive, but it was actually cheaper than a lot of other options in marquette at the time of booking.

Very clean, nice modern aesthetic. Prompt and pleasant service at front desk. Pool warm, hot tub hot! Sauna too. Clean, well appointed rooms. We stayed in a king and a queen.

Ice makers on floors 1 & 2 were not functioning. It’s summer and ice is important. :)

I liked the newly remodeled rooms. They made it easy to work from and the staff was exceptionally nice

My breakfast coupon was for $40 (two people worth). I would have preferred my rate be lower, being it was just for me, than such a high amount.

Bed was comfortable, lots of pillows, TV had great channels, desk and chair were great for working, had mini fridge, room was clean, shower was really nice, multiple mirrors, pool and hot tub were nice and big

It was extremely clean. Comfortable bed. Was nice to go to the lounge and have a cocktail and chat with Alayna (our outstanding bartender)!

Ice machines were broken on 2 of the floors. We were on a hunt to find one on the third floor.

The room and the lobby area were great! No complaints! Beds were super comfy!

We thought it was weird that there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. I was really hot and steamy in there!
