I liked that it was so clean, great location, right down town with in walking distance to the water and shopping. Pool area was clean and well kept. Employees were fabulously helpful with everything I needed.

Rooms are spread over two buildings (strange), which makes using the pool or hot tub very difficult in the winter, especially because there isn't any changing areas near the pool. On site restaurant is great, but expensive for dinner and lunch, and also not open all day, Maybe these are winter hours?

The king room I ordered was under repair upon arrival. They upgraded me to a king suite, which was a pleasant surprise. Also, the hotel was very quiet.

I wasn't too thrilled about there not being a complimentary breakfast. The restaurant there was ok, but I felt rushed to get out of there.

second time staying there, great breakfast included. The young men in the restaurant were polite, attentive and did a great job. Clean pool and hot tub area. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable

Only factor, the pool, jacuzzied etc. none working. This could/should be stated when you book. But of course, no one states this because people of course may not reserve. I get it. Oh also, the kleenex box was empty. Had to call to have one delivered, there was a dirty wash cloth hanging on the shower bar, and last, the King Size bed only had 3 pillows???? should have been at least 4. I shared with my man. soooo, some perfect steps should be taken all the time. This was the cleaning lady, who lacked.

Excellent location, clean, professional demeanor by staff - all neatly dressed in uniform. Coffee was better than most hotels.

Older building with narrow stairwells (I always take the steps). No continental or complimentary snacks; no entertainment in lounge.

perfect location clean. front desk people very nice and their conversation with each other was so nice too! (I eves dropped as I waited for my husband in the lobby)

There was a dance and parking was really tough. Idk if that was why so few spots or not, a snow fall and Saturday night could be the reason, but I would stay here again. I enjoyed seeing the local hotel being rented for a local school dance. So good to see people being together, shows a healthy community and being supported by local business to try to keep it healthy.

Staff was friendly and awesome - by far the best part of the hotel experience. I would go back just for them

Minor complaint - our toilet was stopped up and did not get fixed the first day we asked

The location couldn't be better for downtown Marquette! Situated right on the main drag, you can walk to all the restaurants and stores, with the annual dogsled races starting right in front of the hotel

The only drawback we had is that we were moved to their 2nd building which is not connected to the main building, so trips to the pool are a bit longer and you must walk outside in order to access the pool in the hotel.

Elevator floor was broken, door was badly worn. Elevator was not fresh and clean. Air conditioning was very noisy. Spiders in room. Harley restaurant had not tasty eggs, and overpriced.

Breakfast was our favorite part of the day!! Your staff was so delightful and ensured we had a great start to our day 🥰
