The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very tasty and kept warm.

The way they charge for the rooms. We stayed 2 nights, given a price. However when we checked in, we signed and agreed with the total whichn they gave me when I booked with them. When we brought this charge up on our account with our bank, the charge was higher than we were told. In addition there were 6 charges on our account for extra rooms. We needed to make calls to our bank to get it right. Some of the extra charges dropped off. Except for a one night extra which they said would automatically drop by the next day, which we have yet to see.. I don't feel like they were upfront with us about the extra charges. As well as our vacation was a little stressful needing to be careful of anything else that may show up

The room was in good condition and was nice and clean. A big thing you're looking for in a hotel. Staff was friendly and the one weird complaint I went to them about they fixed immediately so that was nice.

Prices. Most things are getting outta control with inflation, but 600 for three nights is pretty crazy. I do understand it's a crazy time of year up in Marquette in finding places to stay, but you feel like you're being taken advantage of.

The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. As thru-hikers, the shower was GREAT. Lots of water pressure and hot water. The breakfast was wonderful and way above expectations.

The location was a little difficult for us as North Country Trail thru-hikers. We arrived on foot and did not have a car. Since the hotel is on a highway, walking to restaurants and attractions was a little risky.

Receptionists and staff were excellent - very friendly and professional. They were very willing to provide us an early check-in, so that my elderly mother could relax in the room while I went to set up for the art show at the harbor. Loved the proximity to a grocery store that had everything - just a 2-minute walk up the same road. Beds were comfy and breakfast had everything you needed to start the day.

The hotel graciously allowed my dog to stay with me for a small, one-time pet fee. This was awesome because I was excited to take my dog with me - and he had a great time! The staff at this hotel were absolutely lovely - friendly, kind, welcoming... and genuine! You don't find that very often. The beds and bedding were super comfortable. A large variety of channels were available on the television. The free breakfast was great, with waffles, biscuits & gravy, and many other options. I would definitely consider staying here again when returning to the area on a short timeframe. I highly recommend this hotel.

For some reason, several bugs managed to find their way into the room (a few moths, a few ants). The cost for one night was a little high, but it was probably set that way for a reason - so I can't really, actually complain about that too much.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Jodi who helped with the breakfast was awesome!!!

It looked like someone peed on the wall behind the bathroom door and there was dirt in the corner behind the bathroom door. There was also a bug on my bed the 2nd night we were there. It also would have been nice to have a few more fruits at breakfast.

Friendly, helpful staff, especially Lee and Jeremy (name?). Size and cleanliness of room with microwave and fridge and also close to lobby as requested. Breakfast was good. Very well kept facility. Bed (and pillows) very comfortable. Quiet yet close to main streets.

Really have to say, m everything was fine!

Breakfast was great! The first room was right on the highway turn around area so we heard dump trucks taking off alot. We moved rooms and the second room was musty and smelt old. But we got the window open and it got better. The employee was fantastic at moving us. Overall highly enjoyed the property!

the breakfast, the coffee creamer is the bomb, but the beds where lumpy. but over all the motel and staff where very friendly and helpful when it came to our situation when it came to reserving another night and then us not needing the room. no charge. Great place to stay!

Loved the continental breakfast

I didn't like that money is being held on my card for my stay & I had to use my cash to pay for the room. Also the money being held hasn't been refunded yet. It's one thing to hold my card # its another to pull money from it. When the booking.com site said I didn't have to prepay for my stay.
