The breakfast was beautifully presented and hearty. The personal service and the visit from the owner was also a plus during breakfast. Everything was good and, I especially enjoyed the peach smoothie. I arrived on my birthday and was presented with chocolate dipped strawberries, and a special red velvet cupcake that was worth having another birthday for....better than good. The front desk staff were the nicest people I have met in a very long time, and the owner was equally charming.

First time in Union Pier will come back. Cool little town close to the beach, breweries, and food. Nice size rooms, comfortable bed and quiet place at night. Loved the outside sitting areas as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast could have had a savory option instead of all sweet, but well prepared.

The shower could have been stronger and the stains on the bedroom upholstered chairs needed cleaned or replaced.

Inn was in a great location, walk to a beach. Nice quiet neighborhood. Property is in very well kept condition. Bikes and beach chairs/umbrellas free with room rental. Happy hour everyday. Wonderful gourmet breakfast. Good recommendations from staff for local spots to visit. Early check in without a hassle. Large landscaped grounds.

We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts. We also enjoyed the wine and popcorn time and appreciated cookies being available for an evening treat.

The only concern we had is that the steps to get into the main building are steep and there isn’t a railing. We hope this will be addressed as it is a safety concern.

The Inn went above and beyond the flowers and champagne I had requested for our anniversary. The room and hot tub were wonderful, and the breakfasts were, simply, the best I've ever had at a B&B.

Clean rooms, very close to beach and public access, plenty of parking,wine hour, cookies and popcorn in afternoon, great breakfast.

Stayed in Spring room. Bathroom could use a little updating and sound from other rooms did come in at night

Breakfast every morning was delicious- the location near the beach was great! I could walk down to the beach whenever I wanted. They also furnished chairs and umbrellas!

Peaceful location, the staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. They had nice touches, like complimentary popcorn and home made lemonade.

Nothing, but this location wouldn't suit party animals, it's definitely an R&R location.

We were extremely pleased with our room and it's decor. MaryAnn and Peg were very personable and it was nice to chat by the fireplace. We stayed in the Winter Room ... The full breakfast was fresh and generous and the dining area was very inviting.

Room was very clean. Room had a nice size balcony with lounge chairs. Being an old home it had plenty of charm. Stay was extremely friendly and helpful. The included breakfast is exceptional. Included fresh fruit and juice each morning along with traditional breakfast fair, Eggs, potatoes, and ham or sausage. Perfect breakfast to start your day. The Inn is located in a very nice cottage neighborhood with a short walk to the beach. I have a physically challenged right knee and the walk down the sand slope to the beach was a little bit of a challenge. There is another beach access a short drive from the Inn that has stairs down to the beach which was a bit easier for me. It is definitely a great couples get away.

Room could use a dresser. A small fridge would be nice. I'm not a TV watcher so this isn't a negative for me but some maybe surprised by there not being a TV in the room or in the common area of the Inn. Personally I enjoyed this.
