We liked the staff as they were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was put out just before 5:30am which was great because we took the 5:30 shuttle to the airport. The room was clean and so were the facilities.

We had 2 large bugs in our room (maybe box elder). Only 1 packet of shampoo as well as coffee. And no channel information.

Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk was very friendly and informative. Free airport shuttle was a huge perk. We were informed at check in that the Shuttle runs every half hour so please arrive 10 mins early because it does need dispatched. We did and it arrived on time and was at the airport with plenty of time to spare. Front desk gave us some pamphlets of places that deliver good right to the room. Ordered some food and it was great.

We were on the first floor and the window did not have a lock on it which isn't very safe as it opened all the way including the screen.

The value for the price was good. The room was clean and bed as comfortable.

The broken lamp shade in the room. Easily fixable but had not been when I stayed there. Also no cups were in room for coffee or water.

Close to the airport, free shuttle!

A little bit old and worn down, but I wasn't expecting 5 stars at this price.

I was literally only staying for one night as a stopover before travelling on to meet my partner in Canada. Arrived at the airport to find that my roaming was on the fritz so could not call to arrange the airport shuttle as advised. I was panicking slightly but after messaging the hotel they put my mind at ease and directed me to who to look out for and a rough eta for the driver. Received a lovely welcome at the hotel and was given a choice of floors - I told the woman on the desk that I needed to get some shut eye before an early flight and she promptly found me a quiet room on an upper floor where I would be unlikely to be disturbed by other guests. Bed was very comfortable and room was spotlessly clean. I did not really make use of the amenities but would definitely stay there again. Situated in an industrial area but no noise from airport or freeway could be heard.

Room was extremely hot when I walked in as temperature for some reason had been set at 90 degrees. Managed to resolve by putting the air con on full and dissappearing for a short while to grab food and drink. Aside from this I do not have any low points to note and it didn't ruin my stay in any way - just a little bit of discomfort when walking in to a wall of heat. Due to the location I probably wouldn't stay for more than a night or two but this was okay for my needs.

The bathroom had a broken toilet roll holder It did not impact my use of the bathroom but you should fix these things Cosmetic appearances matter greatly to some people

Friendliness of staff, airport shuttle

NO HOT BREAKFAST AS PROMISED AUG. 5 I DEMAND CREDIT FOR THIS INCONVENIENCE WHICH RESULTED IN ADDITIONAL COSTS

The location to the airport and free shuttle service. The young working the night shift I stayed was excellent and very friendly. The young man working in the morning was excellent also.

While my room was nice, i was shocked there was not an extra roll of toilet tissue in the bathroom, the fan on the heating/cooling system did not work correctly making my room stuffy. The ice machine on my floor wasn't eorking. I also had to ask the desk for a channel guide for the TV as my remote did not work correctly. Finally, I was VERY disappointed that breakfast was not fully ready at 5:30, when it began. I am diabetic and found very little I could eat on that bar. The eggs were 20 minutes late coming out and I had a 6 a.m. shuttle. Doesn't give you much time to eat and enjoy breakfast. One more note, I don't like those tiny square pillows on a king bed.

Close proximity to airport. Fast free (with tip) shuttle, staff went out of their way to pack us a breakfast bag as we left before it opened and we were travelling with our toddler (no one likes a hangry toddler!) Plenty of places to eat in walking distance. Room was comfortable enough, bath plug didn't stop the water so were unable to utilise that.

For the price and location I was happy. The area in general and the lobby smelled like pot.
