Location, the events they had planned for my grandkids, staff was friendly on arrival and the ease of checking out via text.

I was very disappointed in the restaurant, the food was terrible and way overpriced for what we got.

The breakfast buffet was OK. There were limited choices, but it fed the family. The dinner options were overpriced. My self and three children, with no extras, totaled out at just shy of $100.00, with tip. Two of the kids had buttered spaghetti noodles, which costs very little to prepare. We also had a cheeseburger and pulled pork sandwich. Food is definitely overpriced.

The arcade was a huge disappointment. I purchased 3 $15.00 "Paw Cards" for my kids. They didn't last more than 10 minutes worth of play. My kids were very unhappy. The ticket redemption was laughable. 40 tickets would get you a mini pack of m&m's. Really? The cost of going to and staying at Great Wolf is understandable, but the food and arcade are overpriced.

The cleanliness of the entire facility was impressive.

Was a little disappointed by the misleading advertising on the website regarding the ability to enjoy the water park prior to lodging reservation being ready. upon arrival at 10am was informed that this was not possible until 1pm and would be a cost of $50. we ended up paying for one adult and our child to enter water park on a day pass $106. while my husband and daughter attended water park I sat in parking lot until room was ready. 4pm

Such a great experience for the grandkids with so much there to do. Large comfortable room with balcony. Water park, minigolf, Magiquest and more were great ways to keep the kiddos busy and happy. Restaurant wait staff was very good!

Restaurant food wasn't great for dinner or breakfast.

I absolutely love that there was so much to do with the family… Water park was awesome, all the fun little activities were great, We definitely plan to make more visits in the future.

it’s a little pricey, wish the water parked stayed open later especially because check in is at 4p and the water park closes at 8p so the first day we didn’t get to swim.

Everything about the hotel and water park was great. Small events in the lobby for the kiddos.

I was charged a different rate than what was on my booking.com quote and email receipt. I was charged overdraft fees due to 3 different transactions with one transaction still pending for OVER the amount of the room.

the daily stuff can be a little repetitive, and the water park could use a like a wave pool and our bigger slide and it would make it just that much more fantastic than it already is.

Loved the comraderie. All staff was pretty friendly, Frank, Tracey and the host at the indoor restaurant for breakfast on Monday especially. The yellow slide was finally opened the second day we went and was a blast! Lazy river was fun, though wish it was a little deeper, scraped my knee couple times. Loved having outside area, too. The ears for all was cute!..

Fitness center not open...arcade closed early one night had to leave shortly after getting there and buying our card, never had time for golf and wasn't sure how much it cost exactly (should it have cost?) Could have been open later....., Was still Noisey from above stomping etc. Late into night And people running or hollering on floors, even heard one parent yelling at child and cursing. Wasn't the end of the world but a few things seemed a little dated. Overall nothing major.

Very clean large room safe for kids

The water park area could be bigger its packed on weekends weekday are better if you want it less crowded. But wouldn't describe it as overwhelming.
