Comfort Inn Utica

Although the facility was undergoing renovations, the lobby area was pretty clean. The room we were in was nice and comfortable. I liked that there was a lot of grassy areas for our fur baby. The breakfast options were pretty good. Most of all, the staff were absolutely great!! From the front desk to housekeeping, they were all attentive and listened to any concerns that we had. This really made a difference and I would definitely book at this location again 🤗

What I would love to see more at hotels is an enclosed area for pets to run around off their leash.

The staff was fantastic! Shoutout to Elvis at the front desk! Continental breakfast was good and served its purpose. Room was very clean, even with renovations happening. Overall a good value for the money.

The grass was high in places and could use more attention. One employee said it was good that my room faced the front lot instead of the back so I wouldn't see something I shouldn't have to see. I gathered that they meant the apartment complex behind the hotel, which did give me some concern about the location. I wound up having no issues, but worth mentioning

Was a great deal for a room with 2 queens. But when we got there, the staff said that they could bump us to a king suit for no extra charge and it had a jacuzzi! We expressed out gratitude and accepted the upgraded room. Breakfast was limited to box cereal muffins and fruit but that was to be expected since they were under construction. Well worth the beautiful and clean stay.

How little shampoo and condition me and my fiancé had to share haha!

Nothing spectacular, just the basic: toast, muffins, bagels, cereal, breakfast sandwiches, juices, coffee, milk, tea, bananas plus condiments like butter, cream cheese, honey, jelly, micro, toaster...

They need grab bars for the hot tub to get in and out of, for the elderly. Otherwise, everything was okay. Busy place, but we were well taken care of.

This establishment is very nice for the price. It was clean, continental breakfast was nice and well stocked. My hunni and I enjoy going on a date 📅🌹 night here taking full advantage of the jacuzzi suite. They are equipped with a mini refrigerator and microwave coffee ☕ machine. This location could definitely use some updates but once again you can't beat the price along with Great customer service.

It was clean and the staff very nice . Location is very good. I like that you have showers instead of tubs. Beds are confortable. I like that you offered coffe all day.

That we can not used the lobby living room. If we don't ask about the breackfast they will not offered it. At the time of check inn , you know how many people is going to be at the room so you should automaticaly put enough shampoo ,conditioner , soap and body lotion so that guess don't bother your front desk staff.

Elvis is awesome makes you feel like your staying with family and not just a hotel. He makes the long check in process better with smiles and jokes.

I didn't care for the $250 deposit it's the highest one I've ever had to put down it was more then the room. I understand you get it back but either way it's way to high.

there was some changes done to the room which made it better. they have breakfast now again better than last time we stayed.

there’s a 250 hold for a smoking fee so if you don’t have an extra 250 on top of the room that would stink. I don’t smoke and it bothers me suffering because of others actions.

Very nice room and reasonably quiet AC. Slept well, near elevator but could not hear it. Parking lot in back was nice and seemed very safe and fairly convenient.

Was a bit pricey. Room needed a few things yet, apparently recently remodeled. Breakfast was not bad considering breakfast room was not open due to construction.

The staff was very courteous and helpful, although I didn't travel with my dog this time, it was nice to see it was pet friendly and yet very clean. The bag breakfast was great too, I thought it was nice that they included a microwavable breakfast sandwich that was actually very good.

Everything, except the lights in the bathroom were POOR way too dim. Obviously whoever put them in never applied make up. I would have otherwise rated it a 10.
