The breakfast was excellent! The serving staff were wonderful each morning! My favorite part about staying here is the staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

The elevator on the left wasn't working. In fact, in all of my stays at this hotel, I've never seen it work! :) The floors in the main hallway were dirty and the carpet is starting to show it's age. Time for a sprucing!

The room was very accommodating, many unexpected comfort features. Full length mirrors on the outside of the bathroom door and closet door were great. A lot of counter space. The room layout was superb and very clean. I always bring cleaning supplies and catch dirt and found nothing. I commend the hotel for having sturdy QUIET luggage carts for transporting items. I left the hotel very early and thought about packing up my car the evening before so guests wouldn't hear a rickety cart going down the hallway, what most other hotels offer. I checked out the cart the evening before and it was steath quiet and made no noise rolling it at 4 am.

My fridge had issues and the hotel was to capacity or close to it and there were no extra refrigerators to swap out so I had to borrow a plug in fridge from family to use. The staff was very quick to respond and see if the hotel fridge I had could be fixed but nothing could be done with the resources they had. I don't use streaming services so the television options were too few to enjoy.

The welcoming smile and kind attitude of the receptionist, (Marissa ) welcomed me and my family the moment I entered the hotel with a warm smile and kind words that made us all the family feel happy and welcomed, she is amazing, the young receptionist Anas was kind too at the checkout time. the swimming pool, the beds are comfortable and sheets are clean

The room was beautiful, staff was awesome and heated pool was the best hotel pool I’ve been in, no initial shock factor getting into the water and I was able to actually stay in the entire time with my kids without needing to get out because it was cold like every other hotel we’ve stayed at.

Breakfast was ok, I wouldn’t say it was bad there was lots of options but not my favorite.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful- from check in to check out! The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was busy but the room was quiet for sleeping.

No hot tub, but I forgot to look ahead of time for that feature. And this would not deter me from a repeat stay.

I like the size of the room and the cleanliness. It was very comfortable and provided me with enough space to relax while I was there. The breakfast was good with enough variety.

The bed was a little softer than I normally like but it was still comfortable enough for sleep.

Everyone was nice and the room was clean

The set up of the room was not we'll planned. The bathroom sink and light were right at the foot of the bed so if one person was still sleeping it woke them up if the other person was using the sink area. The mirror actually made it worse by reflecting even more light onto the sleeping area. The TV was placed so that it wasn't easy to view from the bed or seating area.

Staff is amazing location is nice and the pool was fun

I wish I had a room with a microwave and a smart tv… it felt a little behind compared to other hotels

Exceptional staff handling breakfast. Very sweet ladies. Facilities a bit older, but clean, comfortable, and quiet.

More hooks on the walls. Strong pool chemicals.

Great rooms, great friendly accomodating staff. Breakfast was fresh and had bacon 2/3 days. Clean. Lots of luggage racks available. Elevators were fast and working.2.
