The price was great the room had a smart TV so we could watch youtube and Netflix (you have to log into ur own account of course) it was clean staff was nice it was close to where our concert was the neighborhood was nice there was nothing sketchy the curtains close all the way and are very good at keeping light out if ur wanting to sleep in the pool was nice we missed breakfast but it does go until 10am and the breakfast area was very clean the elevator was good size and clean they had carts to bring ur bags up the beds were a little lumpy so I was worried I'd wake up with back pain cuz I have chronic pain but I felt fine when I woke up and I didn't have a hard time getting comfortable over all it was a good stay!

There was no hot tub like the info said their was. The blankets had rips and some stuffing was coming out, the beds and room were a bit smaller than expected and the fridge didn't really keep stuff that cold. The parking lot isn't very big and there were only a couple handicap parking spots so for one night we didn't get handicap parking

Room was very clean however they were short on wash cloths and towels and did not have them in my room. I contacted from desk and they apologized and advised they were short on staff and they were having them cleaned and will bring as soon as they were available. Wait was was about an hour but i was busy so it was ok.

Only issue was not having towels and wash cloths but once received and was advised on why I had no other complaints .

Love that they don’t hold an incidentals fee on your credit card, that can be tough for a family traveling to make the extra money for them to hold at certain hotels. Breakfast is decent and the price is great!

Pool was broken again, we have stayed 5 times total and never gotten to enjoy the pool. Also more pillows on each bed so a family if 4 can each get 2 pillows, they are kind of flat pillows

Nice breakfast was included and has markets and restaurants in walking distance.

Room furniture was a bit beat up..carpet needs to be restretched. Women's hair found in clump on tub wall. Pool was closed. Booking.com did not list that nor did the hotel notify by email once the booking was made. It did include a child.

room was very nice and clean, staff friendly and attentive. Bed was clean and comfortable. I also enjoyed the hot breakfast with sausage and eggs. Would definitely stay again, and was a great valued for the money

Location was a bit hard to get to, and not very intuitive, but there isn't much that could be done.

Simple, decent, and fair. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and worked exactly like it should. I used the workout room, drank the coffee, and breakfast was good. Staff was helpful and knowledgable.

Amenities were on the minimal-side. I didn't expect more, but hoped for more.

I’d be much happier about the stay/experience if I didn’t have a second charge of $133 sitting pending in my bank account. When I called the hotel about a second, higher charge than my stay was, they didn’t see a charge of $133. Please remove the ransom! I paid for my stay!

check in was great...room was very clean....breakfast area was well stocked. Front desk clerk made check in a breeze and was VERY helpful. Lots of places to eat close to property. Made going to the peach fest a enjoyable weekend...THANK YOU

pool/spa was closed for maintenance.. But i understand it has to be done.

Recliner in the room makes a big difference...resting, tv viewing

Not a dislike more of a surprise...no shampoo, rinse, conveniency items for showering... didn't know or would have brought.

there was laundry outside our room on a cart. the front could have been clean some garbage on the ground. planter were used for ash trays and not plants.
