The rooms were great ! We had two families with us so our adjoining rooms came in handy and dorworked great for us ! The price was a little high for a weekday buttt my granddaughter and son wanted a pool to swim in and they let us check in early which was another plus ! We had a good stay and will most likely will be back !

The lady who checked us in had a odd attitude, she needed my ID. Of course I had my husbands credit card so she wasn’t going to check us in .. which might be her job but I seen other ppl check in without being asked for an Id for their cards … if ur going to do it to one person do it to them all ..

It was a great stay, room was clean and spacious, beds comfortable, staff were very friendly. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options including fruit salad. There was a staff member continuously cleaning and replenishing items.

Cannot think of anything. While it was sort of out of the way from downtown, it was only 15 minutes from many shopping and dinning options, though the restaruant on site was fantastic!

Beds were super comfortable. Pool area was very nice. Breakfast was great. A very comfortable and quiet place to stay overall.

Bathroom is tiny for a family, needs more towel hooks and places to set clothes or shower items. If you're only staying around Duluth, it's a good location. If you're exploring up the north shore, be prepared for a long drive.

Breakfast in the lobby was very good. The lobby is a pleasant place to hang out, have complimentary coffee during the day, too. The location is beautiful, up on the ridge above the St. Louis River (where Duluth's harbor is). The garden area is nice, surroundings natural, parking lot more than adequate in space. Just down the hill, you can find and drive on the Parkway that goes along the ridge above Duluth. A few yards farther down the hill you can hop onto the freeway into the city's downtown and harbor area.

We were escaping 100 degree heat blowing in from the south, and it did get to the ridge, too, though delayed several hours. We had to head up the North Shore, or down to the Lake shore in town, to really benefit from the lake effect that keeps things cooler.

Good breakfast, comfortable bed, extremely fantastic customer service at check in. She was so friendly and kind. All of the staff we interacted with were very nice.

The hot tub wasn't nearly as clean as it should have been, I pulled out hair and other stuff from the tub before I filled it. It should have been clean, it's one of the main features of the room!

It was way overpriced, and the staff didn't know how to split the room so we could pay separately, I asked 2 different people. Also we stayed 2 nights and we had to get another room key because we couldn't get in the doors after we confirmed our next night The staff was nice and tried to help but qith what we paid for the room no one seemed to really help us

Everything! This is the only hotel I will stay at when I come home for visits. This time I got there early & the staff got me into my room well before check in. I was more than thankful for their excellent & kind customer service.

I really like this place. It is right of the highway and easy to get to (I frequently travel between Northern MN and Chicago and have stayed here a few times). The place has everything you need including hot tub, restaurant, and is super quiet. The staff is friendly and accommodating to me and my dog. I feel safe here.

It could be just a little bit cleaner. It is very clean! It just could use a little extra touch and then I would consider this location perfect.

The room and the whole facility was very welcoming, clean, and comfy! The whirl pool tub was very lovely, too.

There really wasn't anything I didn't enjoy. The sauna was maybe a little on the cooler side, I suppose (or maybe I'm just a lizard person).

Great location. Our room was large, great for our dog. She had room to move. Bed was super comfy! The restaurant on the premises was really good. We loved our stay and would recommend AmericInn to everyone. Thanks!
