The breakfast was awesome! The variety of choices was well thought through. The waffle makers were the top go to for breakfast and it was nice to see two of them. My grandson ages nine and six loved the mini waffles and all the fixings! The hot entrées were good and plenty. The coffee was good and there was an awesome coffee cake when we were there on Thursday morning. Yogurt was another top choice of ours. The most important items for those two little boys was breakfast and the pool!

Our room was very nice. However, the bottom of the bathroom door was chewed up and wasn’t very presentable. The pool room floor could have used a walk-through each morning there were Band-Aids on the floor.

The breakfast was good. The best part was the lady who was in charge! She was very efficient and helpful. She always put her consumers first helping in any way she could from food to informed 10 stars

Several little things - door 3 not working with our card, dryer not working and grunge in the corners of rooms. Not getting room refreshed during our 5 day stay. Covid is over. Had to request service.

Easy to book the rooms and easier to check in. The pool facilities were nice and the workout room was great as it was located near the pool area for convenience. Great location relative to Duluth proper.

The thermostat located in one of the rooms did not adjust accordingly with the controls. The lowest temperature the thermostat was able to be set to was 72 degrees. Not sure how to fix that. Not a lot to complain about otherwise.

The breakfast was fantastic! My husband couldn't wait to wake up to go to your breakfast everyday! Although we didn't have a need, appreciated the iron and iron board and hair dryer. Nice shampoo in bottles. As 80 year olds appreciated our room 109 close to exit and handicap parking. Was very convenient for us. Appreciated and used the cell phone chargers. Nice to have a refridge. We enjoyed Wis. Point Beach with the improvements that have been done.

The bedspread was not very nice or warm. The toilet room was way too small. All else was good though.

The pool area was really nice and I thought there was a good selection of foods at the breakfast. The 'tina time' drinks were a nice surprise.

The room did not get cleaned unless we made a point to ask for something specific...I thought that they would have taken the garbage each day and replenished towels automatically.

Very quiet, comfortable, and well equipped room. Good location to access the DECC. Ample breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

After specifically requesting a quiet room due an early wake up time the following morning, the receptionist assigned me a room right over the lobby, where I could hear everything. Good news is that when I immediately requested a change, her supervisor gave me a great room in a quieter area.

It was a great experience! It was clean and nice and we enjoyed the breakfast! The only thing I would say is the pool area an hot tub could be a little more clean. We still had a blast!

I wish the hot tub was cleaner. It had stuff floating in it and the pool area.

the staff was so friendly and assisted in anything we needed help with!

i think due to CoVid, there is not enough staff and due to a hockey crowd coming to town, the bathroom in the pool area was destroyed and the security doors magically stopped working when the group arrived and the kids were running in and out.

Breakfast was good. Friendly staff. Hotel was clean. Swimming area was nice.

No screens on our windows in the room so couldn't open windows to let fresh air in.

The pool was nice and having swim toys for the kids was great! Breakfast was ok, nice to get a bite anyway.

Beds were hard and not comfortable to sleep on.
