The rooms were spacious and quiet even though we were next to the airport! Cleanliness and service for food were wonderful. Would definitely stay again if traveling through MSP.

Getting from Baggage Claim to the hotel was painful! The website says the shuttle runs every 20 minutes starting at the top of the hour but they never showed. There was no clear communication on how to get to the hotel even though the hotel is attached to the airport. I finally found the answers buried in the IHG website on what to do if you ARE picking up luggage and thats where the issue of the shuttle happened. I tried calling the desk to find out and the person answering the phone could not understand my question so they routed me to the front desk and the system hung up on me.

The room was beautiful, very sound muffling of the planes, GREAT lighting (usually a problem in hotel room), bed was very comfortable...

The location was very excellent, BUT WE THOUGHT WE COULD WALK to the Facility from the Airport; it was explained to us by the Shuttle Driver that the Causeway was closed due to Covid (???) Also, the accent pillows seemed "used"... need NEW ONES...I put them aside..too many people have used...yuck. Maybe nicer bath and hand soap would be desirable.

Functionality of room was great. Bed was comfortable.

If we ask a question, staff should say, "let me find out for you", not "I don't know, you'll have to check with the front desk". Shower was too low pressure. If you're short, the water barely reaches you.

Very close to terminal 1 at MSP, comfy rooms with great views, attentive staff that helped out with all our needs, good food and snack choices.

Overcrowded shuttle early in the morning

The property was conveniently located next to the airport. Our flight delayed 4 times into the night causing us to stay overnight. Convent, polite staff, comfy linens .

Due to covid and lack of staffing …. 2023 they still haven’t opened the TSA pre check gate to renter airport from inside this hotel. It wasn’t much trouble to catch shuttle to front of airport to re enter and start process. 10 min max

Beautiful, convenient and super quiet.

Close location to the Minneapolis airport. On this trip we had carry ons. So when we arrived in Minneapolis we could take the skyway directly to the hotel.

The hotel charged me for 3 rooms even though I booked 2. When we arrived at the hotel my husband used his credit card which is separate from mine. Our friends used their credit card. At check out I pointed this to the front desk. I was told the charges would be removed. As of now only 1 room charge has been refunded to me.

The room was top quality and roomy. Despite being next to the airport, it was quiet. The bed was comfortable, and the room had good storage, though I didn't hang anything. A wonderful bathroom as well.

I wish the hotel was truly connected to the airport, which was what I expected in booking it. It would be perfect if there were a passageway to walk to the terminal. I wish that the shuttle wasn't on-call. When I arrived late at night, I waited quite awhile before I checked the website to learn that I needed to call for it to come. Arriving from overseas, I didn't yet have cell service, so I couldn't call. The taxi to the hotel, which was visible from where I was (you cannot walk there), was in the "red zone" of the flat rate of taxi, over $20. To pay a good price for the hotel, then to pay for the taxi was a disappointment. In the morning, the free shuttle to the airport took minutes and was available every 20', so that was convenient.

Love the location the shuttle the rooms were exceptional especially the lighting and bathrooms everything.

We had flown in from Rome & arrived late 10 pm. I’d called ahead to confirm the bar would be open for some good. The food & wait staff were excellent. We ordered one more glass of wine & when it arrived at our booth the bar manager (male) looking right at us & the few others started shouting loud several & times “LAST CALL, come on LAST CALL”! I felt like he was a big ole bouncer kicking us out of some bad dive bar! This is a 5 $tar establishment, I paid over $60 for a half hour to decompress & he started kicking us out before we could even finish our wine. He could have easily walked up to ours & the remaining 4-6 guests & kindly let us they’d be closing in a few minutes. It was really tacky & totally unprofessional.

Semi-convenient location on the airport property. Room was comfortable/standard hotel room.

Walked from parking to the hotel (a little sketchy - we weren't sure if we were allowed in some places!) and back in the morning to drop off our overnight bags. It was much easier to go through the parking garage (on our way back). It will be much better if they can get the TSA checkpoint going again.
