My stay at Best Western was very present. Everything there was very nice and clean. The food was really good and delicious.

The only issue everyone had was that the pool had a too much chlorin. All the children there were coughing to much. My children also felt sick and their chest kept hurting for a couple of days after we left because the were breathing the chlorin to much. Pretty much all the people there were complaining about it.

The location was perfectly situated for where we had to be. The breakfast was prepared fresh each day with some variety each day.

The internet stopped working in our room so we had to call a broadband company to connect us to the hotel internet which was- hassle

Didn’t have the room I booked online. Gave me another room instead which worked fine and was actually less. Food was great!

It was very, very crowded so had to wait to use the pools and hot tub until evening instead of right after we checked in. Had to wait a while in line for breakfast.

the pool areas for the kids was very nice the desk manager was super nice and let us check in 2 hours early without charging the $30 early check in fee. otherwise this property wouldn’t be worth the money.

the pool area for the kids was kinda small. also the check in times abs check out times for the money kinda sucks. unless you are staying 2 nights it’s almost not worth it. $140 bucks for 19 hours is kinda ridiculous and if you want a later checkout it’s only an hour for $30.

We loved it all

I was charged the $50 "incidental fee" and it has never been refunded. My mother and I stay in that suite, and left it almost as clean as it was when we got there initially. Unfortunately, it looks like they have charged me the $50 again for my overnight stay on 7-4-22. Not impressed with this, AT ALL

The front staff was awesome, especially the really tall guy that checked us in,, and the guy that was replacing pool towels were super nice! They were extremely kind and welcoming.

The breakfast could of been a bit better but all in all it was great, the automatic pancake maker was great for the kids. Would like waffles.

it was quiet and the staff was so helpful and having the shuttle to take us to the clinic and pick us back up. Very good breakfast and nice pool.

I honestly can’t say anything bad or that I didn’t like. We really enjoyed staying there

The layout of hotel was nice. The pool in the middle so it wasn't far to get to it. The two ladies I interacted with that worked there were very pleasant.

All the juice on breakfast bar tasted off.

Staff could not be any friendlier and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Access was easy with plenty of parking. Surrounded with shopping, food and entertainment spots.

I did have to wait for my room until after 5 pm because the staff had not completed sanitizing my room. Poolside room was nice, but loaded with kids attending birthday parties.

Breakfast was good the pancake machine didnt work

The shuttle sucked getting to mayo was good the driver wouldn't pick up had to wait xtra hour then a long ride back to hotel Coffee pot in room didn't work
