Nice to have continental breakfast but variety would have been nice. Same cereal everyday. Only pastries were banana muffins, never any other choices. I hate banana muffins. Only apples, we’ll end of week stay oranges we’re finally added. Loved the 24 hour coffee and hot choc.

Loud heating system, fan went on and off too often extremely loud, hard to get good night sleep when always being wakened by fan.

Location and value. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.

The TV access was confusing but figured it out. Our refrigerator wasn't very reliable and we had to search for where to plug it in as it wasn't when we checked in. One nightstand lamp wasn't working until we pulled back the bed from the wall to adjust the extension cord. That's when we discovered it was very dirty under the bed against the wall. A few details that added up that we took care of on our own and reported the need for deeper cleaning under the bed. Would of been nice if pool was open.

The breakfast was good and the bed is very comfy and the room could be way bigger and not so small. The pool was fun but should have a slide or something in it. It’s not a lot of fun unless u have those.

The room could be bigger. And the pool could have more things in it to have more fun for the kids. The kids needs to have some fun and entertainment.

The staff was amazing! Wile being there on a very busy weekend the staff was very pleasant and respectful to everyone that I had seen.

. thinking there was going to be a pool since we had children and alot of down time between events to find out after we got there it wasn't in working order. We however do understand things happen and we made the best of our free time

The tv was unplugged had find cord behind dresser. Probably could have contacted front, but did myself. On reservation advertised 2 queen beds only full sized. Should've upgraded.

The place was great. My sister was using the wheelchair and they let us use it the whole stay. Also my sister has a reaction to her insulin and the desk people let me have apple and orange juice eventhough it wasn't breakfast time. I will definitely tell others to stay there.

This is the second time I stayed there and this will be where I will stay any time I'm in Rochester.

This hotel doesn't usually rent to people from town. Our furnace had gone out and it was negative temperatures outside. Inside our house was low to mid 50's. We have a two year old so this was a sense of relief and comfort on a really tough day. I was able to go online and book a room without any trouble, and it was in a perfect location for what we needed. The inside has been remodeled and the rooms are nice.

No pet policy so our dog had to stay home in the cool house.

After staying for a week, breakfast got a little boring, no variety.

Pool and hot tub under repair, couldn’t use.

Location is perfect

There as smell inside the elevator, the detergents used are so strong and making allergies

We didn't like the way the tv operated. It was very confusing. Would have liked a remote with numbers to get to channels. Didn't like having to sign in to wifi each time I turned on the tv
