Didn't eat breakfast. Were short of time for an appointment at Mayo plus didn't like the $14 surcharge.

Check in person gave us the wrong room number so my husband had to go back down to find out our room. Checking out there was only one person and we needed to get to my appointment. The man complaining about something about his room because there was a wedding kept repeating himself... The person in charge kept repeating that she'd talk to her manager. I finally tossed our room keys at her so we could get our print out. This is not the usual way I would check out of a nicer hotel. Your receptionists need more training!!!!!!! Only one chair in the room on which to sit. There were two of us needing a seat and we didn't take kindly to the gray ball for a seat.

Fitness center. Along with having an exercise ball, foam roller and bands in the room. Great television size Shower was great with water pressure and wand.

Breakfast was mostly carbs (muffins, bagels, toast, waffles). Yogurt was too sweet ( get some Greek or Dannon light and fit). Would be nice to see some more low carb options beyond bacon and eggs. Fruit would be nice like grapes, berries, bananas

Underground parking was an excellent perk but it wasn't clear when I 1) booked my hotel stay 2) entered the garage 3) checked in that I'd be required to pay $15 for parking. Only at checkout did I learn about this, and obviously I was obligated to pay via my TV w/o any opportunity to dispute this charge with a live human. Being upfront about the charge is way better/wiser than last minute surprises.

Very clean and comfortable. Common facilities (lobby, pool, fitness center) are also very clean and nice.

Booking offered a slightly higher price to include breakfast but the hotel doesn’t typically offer breakfast so it was a little weird. I had to ask about it at check in and was then told we could go to the continental breakfast at the attached Staybridge (which is what we did and was a standard hotel breakfast) or I was given a voucher for 1 meal at the EVEN restaurant but we had 4 people in our room.

Bright, clean, large rooms; nice large clean bathrooms. Great bedding

We always plan on a nice meal, and having the option to dine in the hotel that your staying in is always the best option for us. Nice that there is a bar, so one can have a drink, beer or wine. The ambiance is that of a fast food restaurant; just open with booths. The menu is very limited. What was offered was OK. Just not what I consider going out to dinner.

Great location, friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Definitely stay again. Love the outdoor area and lounges inside.

Didn't particular like the breakfast. Preferred the buffet breakfast in the adjoining hotel, Staybridge Suites

New and clean. Nice little restaurant in the hotel. All the amenities included.

Very slippery shower floor. Didn't know you could request a shower mat until check out. Was only there one night. Outlet did not work in bathroom. But staff was friendly and quick to rectify the situation.

everything about the hotel is comfortable...clean...modern...nice

The previous stay was outstanding. This time the shampoo was empty, the carbon monoxide battery alarm went off when I was in a deep sleep...ugh, and it took about 45 minutes to resolve. Fortunately the maintenance man was very kind and it wasn't his fault. Would be nice to have complimentary coffee in the lobby

The staff was exceptional. Heather (I hope that’s her name) checked us in and made us feel instantly comfortable. She along with the hotel staff provided great recommendations for food, drinks, and sight seeing. All in all it was a great experience. We will for sure be back to enjoy another get away from the cities.

Everything was amazing.

The EVEN Hotel is a new property with a minimalist health inspired decor. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The EVEN Hotel has an beautiful patio area and it is an easy walk to several restaurants.

Limited on street parking is available, otherwise to park in the hotel ramp it is an added cost. Also, breakfast is available in the lobby for the adjoining hotel, but not for the EVEN Hotel guests, even though they share this space- it would be nice if breakfast was added to the EVEN Hotel experience. (I took a peek at the breakfast available for the adjoining property and the yogurt bar looked yummy!)
