We loved the cleanliness and the housekeeping staff. They went above and beyond. Your breakfast and happy hour was definitely a lifesaver!

The staff. Management was not friendly. They walked around without any form of friendliness. They acted like we were putting them out for buying things from your store or if you needed help. Some of the staff was abrasive. We were there for medical reasons and for that reason the staff should have shown more compassion. A good demeanor goes a long way. Your management/front office staff allowed guests to talk down to your cleaning staff. Someone should have had been there for them.

The room was perfect, just what we were looking for. Very convenient location and very clean. Friendly staff to help us when needed. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

The only thing that may have been better was the parking. There is limited parking in the underground parking lot, but they do have an offsight parking lot nearby and they followed us there to park and then shuttled us back to the hotel. Very friendly staff.

The breakfast was good. However, I had a couple of appointments at the Mayo Clinic beginning at 7:00 am and was not able to enjoy the breakfast on those days. I would expect that to be the case for many of the folks staying there. By opening the breakfast at 6:00am vs 6:30am, it would make a big difference for those folks with early Mayo appointments. The staff was wonderful. They were very helpful with any questions or needs. The hotel was very clean. The kitchen had the basic supplies needed to cook & eat.

The parking is limited. There is not enough on-site parking. There is an off-site lot that just seems to be part of a businesses parking lot and you have to call for a shuttle to pick you. It would make more sense to have the staff park off site and shuttle in, especially since most of the guests are there to go to the Mayo Clinic.

Heather at the front desk was Awesome. She went over and above to make everything right and make us feel not like a nuisance. The hotel was clean and very nice for the price. Breakfast and dinner staff were awesome too. Oh wait house keeping was great helpful and were friendly

The overnight staff was rude, unaccommodating and seemed really annoyed if we asked or needed anything. She double charged us and made us wait until 130a to get into a room when we arrived at 1130p. It was quite a deal since we had a very tired 6 year old with us. The general manager wouldnt give us the time of day when I called and then approached her on the situation. I only wanted to make sure the extra charges were taken off. By no means did I want a discount or anything free. I only wanted the extra charge to go away.

We love this hotel! Perfect for coming to the Mayo Clinic as the hotel was built for this purpose. They give you everything you need for a short or long stay, and make you feel like it's your home away from home! This was our second time and we will come back.

Couldn't connect to the Chromecast - little frustrating but no big deal. Wish they wouldn't charge for parking. Nothing else, everything is great.

clean. modern. Lots of amenities. hotel room was amazing. HUGE shower. gym was great.

the hotel staff overbooked parking and we had no where to park besides the ramp or outside the elevators in the hash marks. which was frustrating considering parking ISNT included and I paid an extra $15 a day for parking and wasn’t even guaranteed a spot. ridiculous. about midway through our stay, a couple of younger adults came to stay at the hotel. the female was running barefoot around the hotel lobby and in the gym on the treadmill while the male was recording her with his phone. along with that, the smell of weed filled the hotel wherever they went. down the hallways, in the elevators, etc. I never even saw anyone say anything to them.

Without question, what we liked most about this property is that it was very clean. Also quite high on our list of "likes" is that the bed was comfortable.

We had a two-room unit and the climate control system did not seem to work too well.

Amazing!!! You won’t find a better place to stay right near the Saint Mary’s campus and great restaurants. This is a brand new hotel it’s very comfortable and has everything you need! The even side of the hotel is phenomenal and has peloton‘s in the room, and the Staybridge suites sides has kitchens and feels like you’re in the perfect brand new apartment for your stay. Managers Nancy and Jarrod take care of everything and their staff is fantastic.

The breakfast was very great the social Monday to wesday night was very excellent most hotel don't do that very clean very nice employees and the room had a kitchen

Just the room was small for a handicap wheel chair and it was a one bed suite
